Elizabeth POV

I opened my eyes and looked over at Grayson his mouth was halfway open and his hair was a mess. It didn't take long before I remembered mom and dad were sleeping next door and I needed to get Grayson out of my room undetected. I decided the only plausible way I could do this was to scope out the living room and come up with a good enough reason why Grayson may already be here. I quietly opened my door and the coast was clear so I texted Ollie and Liam to come over so it seemed like they all came over together. They opened the door and walked in

"Grayson's still sleeping I think my parents are in the guest room," I said quietly while Ollie nodded

"I'll go wake Parker up," Liam said walking to Parkers' bedroom. I went back to my room and sat next to where Grayson was and shook his shoulder slightly. Grayson opened his eyes and yawned

"time to get up everyone's here" I whispered

"Or I can just go back to sleep," he said closing his eyes. His voice was raspy and kind of enticing 

"Not unless you want your ass kicked" I laughed and shook him some more

"Fine" he groaned and slowly sat up. Eventually, he stood and I walked out of my room and mom stood right in front of me

"mom hi" I said quickly scared she would catch Grayson coming out of my room 

"Hi Elizabeth why are you so jumpy?" she asked

"Nothing I just wasn't expecting Ollie and Liam to be here," I said lying closing my door before Grayson could come out so she wouldn't think we had sex or anything like that last night since Grayson said we were dating for some unknown reason making things much more complicated. 

"Oh Elizabeth I hope you don't mind we were planning on staying one more day your father and I just missed being with you guys," mom said smiling

"oh okay," I said slightly shaking 

"I better brush my hair I'll be right back," I said walking back into my room and locking the door behind me

"She's staying another night" I said clasping my forehead in aggression

"It's fine she's your mom," Grayson said walking over to me 

"Yeah but she thinks were dating which by the way was totally your fault we could've just said you were over to see Parker as it was his birthday but no you wanted to take it a step further and say we're a couple," I said frantically

"relax it'll be fine," he said and walked out of my room without worrying about being seen my heart stopped and I walked out after him. I sighed seeing my mom in the bathroom and dad still in the bedroom

"you're so lucky," I said hitting his arm

"awe fighting like a married couple already," Ollie said smiling

"I take it Parker filled you in" I sighed and sat on the couch

"well of course but I just wanted to congratulate the happy couple" Liam chimed in and made a heart with his hands. I ran my own hands through my hair and brushed my teeth in the kitchen sink since mom was having a shower and walked back to the couch

"Your hair is messy" I told Grayson even though I liked the messy hair look mom and dad might suspect something which is something I did not need right now

"Go change and come back," I said

"You are a bossy girlfriend," Grayson said and stood up

"I don't know how much longer we can go out if you're gonna act like that" he finished smiling and walked out. I huffed all my air out in frustration and changed into clothes before dad came out to make coffee and mom finished getting ready. They greeted Ollie and Liam since they never did see them last night and Grayson came back dressed, he gave mom a hug and sat and talked with dad for a bit. Parker and I kept giving each other glances both secretly hoping they would leave today but with their resiliency it was unlikely.
