Chapter I

Author Note: This book is 3 years before the Flashback. (As said in the description! The flashback is in the prolonge, so if you didn't read it you WILL be confused.)

The alarm rings loudly waking up Ciara and B. She realized that she forgot to turn off the alarm because she didn't have anything to do for the day. She moves around with B arms wrapped around her. The smell of his cologne on her body makes her want to go take a shower. As she goes into the shower, she thinks about what happened last night.

"It was wonderful" she thought.

She felt as if he was touching her differently. As if they were magnetic; She knows he loves her, but last night was different he was touching her as if he didn't want to lose her. Something was up, but it made her smile.

"Why you didn't wake me up?" A deep voice came from behind the curtain.

"Oh I'm sorry baby I thought you want to sleep a little more.." Ciara excused.

"Nah, nah you good. Just wake me up next time so we can have round two in the shower".

Ciara laughed.

After Ciara was done taking a shower, She noticed that B has already went out the door. She shrugged.

"Let me call Jade' and she what she's doing." Ciara told herself.

The phone rings but no answer. Jade quickly text back I'm Driving, meet me at the Cafe by Target. Ciara huffed at the text. She quickly put on something comfy but cute.

When Ciara was done with her hair and makeup she called Jade' to let her know she was on her way.

(About 10 mins later)

She spotted Jade' waiting for her while she's sipping out of a mug.

"Hey Sis!" Ciara called out to Jade'

"It took you long enough damn!" Jade' said dramatically.

Ciara rolled her eyes. "Next time let me know before I call you, but Wassup?"

"I just needed a little 'girl time' ya know".

"Where's Marie"?

"Oh, she's coming. Well that's what she told me way before I told you to come"

"That girl always running late!" Ciara said seriously but laughed.

They waited for Marie to arrived as they continued to talk about random things.

{ B}

I walked out of the bathroom quickly grabbing my clothes off the floor. I changed into something simple for the day. Once I was dressed in my all black attire, I grabbed my keys off the counter and my duffle from by the door still hearing Ceedy in the shower. I made sure to lock up before going to my pearl white Lambo in the garage. Soon I was on my way to the trap in the 6th ward.

I arrived in front of the trap, waiting for security to let me in. I seen my niggas, Psy and Spazz, walking into the building. I parked my car and hopped out. Walking towards the side door of the trap I paused to double-click my car keys to make sure my car door was locked. I walked past the naked workers heading straight into the office. The first nigga I seen was Spazz smoking one of my plus one cigars, I could've punched him in his shit! I sat down behind my desk facing my dudes trying to see what up for the day.

"So wassup?" I asked

"Nothing really, business is runnin' like it always do" Spazz said.

"Well I heard Child made it out of Big Black's hood alive" Psy added.

I chuckled a little. "What you mean, my nigga? You mean to tell me he's good ? Like walking?"

"Yeah! Lil dude came in this bitch this morning."

"I'mma tell you this. . That lil nigga got heart—" Spazz was interrupted by the ringing phone.

"B speaking"

Spazz and Psy looked at each other wondering who's on the phone.

".. Yeah... Oh really? ... Wow.." I chuckled, leaving Psy and Spazz wanting to know the convo.

I laughed "Yeah .. Yeah Nigga, Iight. Bet."

I started to write down the location Link just gave me. "Man, What the fuck was that?" Spazz questioned.

"No the question is, Who was that?" Psy also questioned.

"Chill bruh. It was Link. He wanted us to make another drop with him.." I said nonchalantly.

Psy and Spazz looked at me as if I was crazy. "What the fuck you mean? We just sent Child to do a drop with him last week! Link don't do second drops with NOBODY!" Spazz added.

"I guess Child knows what he's doing" Psy shrugged off.

I scuffed at Psy. ". . No he don't know what the fuck his doing! He just got lucky this time"

Spazz laughed "Whateva nigga. The boy knows the game and you know it."

"Man whatever." I said still writing on the sheet of paper. I called in one of the workers. "Give this to Child when you see him"

"Y'all ready?"
