“I’m home.” I told my parents as soon as I opened the front door.
“How was Paris, Sis?” Tasha asked me
“It was fine. Oh, I have something for you, Tash.” I said giving Tasha 10 paper bags.
“All for me? Thank you. Oh what’s this? OMG H&M Bag! I love you, Michelle!” She said squeaking and hugging me
“Your welcome. Anything for you, Little sister.”
“Thank you thank you thank you thank you!”
“And what did you bring me, Sister?” Nick said as he was walking to of me.
“I got you a new laptop, an Ipad, a Nokia C3, a Blackberry, 2 Perfumes, and a shirt from Giordano.” I said handing him 8 paper bags.
“Wait, why did you gave me 8? You only bought 7 things for me.”
“I bought 2 shirts for you, Idiot. Now go try it on.”
“Oh. You’re the best, Sis. Thanks.”
“Michelle! Come up here!” Tasha shouted
I came up and knocked at the door. Tasha opened it.
“What is it?” I said
“How come you bought me this…” Tasha said showing me a crop top from Forever 21.
“What’s the matter? You don’t like it?”
“No. I like it. But where are the oxfords that I told you?”
“Oh, yeah. It’s downstairs. I forgot to give it to you.”
“OMG. Seriously? Thank you!” Tasha said hurrying downstairs.
After getting Tasha’s oxfords out of my suitcase, I immediately went upstairs and headed to my room. But then someone knocked on my door.
“Knock knock.”
“Oh, It’s just you Dad. Come on in.”
“I’m glad that you’re back, sweetheart. How was Paris?”
“It was fine. Oh, I want to give you something, Dad.”
“What is it?”
I opened my suitcase and grabbed a red big box.
“It’s for you.”
Dad started to open it and he was shocked.
“A Polaroid. You got me a Polaroid. Sweetheart, thank you.”
“No problem, Dad.”
I chatted with Dad for awhile and then he finally went out. When he got out, I opened my Mac book and I saw Zach online. He instant messaged me.
Zach Villanueva: Michelle?
At first, I was afraid to answer.
Michelle Francisco: Hey, Zach. :)
Zach Villanueva: Your already back?
Michelle Francisco: Yes.
Zach Villanueva: Oh. I told you to call me when you get here.
Michelle Francisco: I’m sorry.
Zach Villanueva: It’s okay. So, here’s the thing. About our date 2 weeks before your birthday… you didn’t show up.
Michelle Francisco: I texted you. I told you that the plans off. I told you that we’d continue next time.
Zach Villanueva: Yes, I know that. Mich, these past few days you seem to be so busy. You never text me. You never call me and tell me stories about yourself. You never text me ‘Goodnight’ or ‘Sweet dreams’ It seems like you don’t have time for me anymore.
Michelle Francisco: I’m sorry okay. It’s just that things are so crazy this days. And the next thing I know, I’m the Cheer captain of the Cheering squad.
Zach Villanueva: Really? Congrats to that.
Michelle Francisco: Yeah, thanks. So, your point?
Zach Villanueva: I’m breaking up with you, Michelle. I’m sorry. I can’t have a relationship with a girl who doesn’t communicate with me.
Michelle Francisco: Easy for you to say, Huh? We’ve been together for 3 years and now you’re going to ruin it? How could you? Thea told me that you’re with Tiffany last week. Is it true?
Zach Villanueva: I know, I’m sorry. And, yes. I was with her.
Michelle Francisco: How could you, Zach. Your breaking up with me because of Tiffany Ignacio? Why? Is she richer than me? Prettier than me? Smarter than me?
Zach Villanueva: No, nothing like that, Mich. It’s just that, Tiffany has time for me. Not like you.
Michelle Villanueva: Oh okay. So, I guess this is really over. I never want to see you again, Zachary Villanueva. Don’t ever show your face to me. Not even Tiffany. Tell her that she’s out of the squad. That… BOYFRIEND STEALER!
Zach Villanueva: MICHELLE! You can’t kick her out because I’m in a relationship with her. Don’t do this to her, please.
Michelle Villanueva: But why did she steal you in the first place, huh? I’ve made up my mind, she’s out. I’m going to tell Coach about it. And besides, she has to audition to ME again if she wants to get in the squad again.
Zach Villanueva: You selfish, girl. I can’t believe I dated you for 3 years.
Michelle Francisco: Well neither do I!
Michelle Francisco is now offline
I turned off my Mac book and cried all night. I don’t know what am I going to do. Should I just cry here until I get sick? There’s only one thing to do.
