Savannah

Waking up to hear a bunch of noises and squeaks. I turn around to see Madi moving stuff around. I sit up looking at the clock seeing 8:24 AM.

I roll my eyes wanting to kill my self so I could sleep.
"Morning sunshine." Madi says smiling.

"You're a morning bird." I smile back. She nods her head. "I'm sorry if I woke you up." She says.

"No.. It's fine. I need to be waking up. Especially with classes gonna start soon." I tell her.

Yeah classes were going to start in three days. Which means I still have summer!

"Okay well if you want we can head to the showers together." She says. "Sounds fine to me." I say getting up fixing my bed and making it look neat.
I look for some outfit.

"Hey! Do you wanna go walk around and get breakfast?" I ask her. "Yeah Im down." She says.

I just got to find a cute outfit to wear that's comfortable.

I decided on a dress. We didn't take long showers since we knew people were waiting. We made sure we walked out together.

We put our stuff up and going out to find a cafe.
We ordered a Uber to take us.

When we got back we walked by the stands for clubs to see if we one that attracted us.

"Savannah Melody!" I hear someone yell my name. Madi and I look at each other confused. Until I find a group of girls behind a stand.

They wave for me to go over, I hesitate before Madi pushes me. I walk up slowly smiling.

"Sorry, Im Helena and this is Tara."

I smile.

"I'm Savannah, but you already know." I say laughing awkwardly. "Yeah... we just figured you wouldn't know us since you're from Nebraska." Tara says.

"Yeah... so who are you guys?" I ask shyly not know who I was talking to me. "Oh sorry! We're on the same team. Helena and I are guards." Tara says.

"Oh! So you guys are doing volunteer stuff." I say looking at the sign. "Yeah... coach kinda made us." Helena says.

"Oh... I haven't really talked to our coach or anyone."

"Well there's a meeting tomorrow at 4:30 at the gym." Tara says.
"Oh... thank you! I'll see you guys then?" I say. They nod there heads.

I walk back to Madi, where she looked anxious to know what happened.

Sam

"C'mon Sam! This a bust we have no one wanting to join, we might as well just have it a team thing." Westen complains.

"Man... coach will kill my ass. We have to try and give other people." I say.

"Shouldn't this be like the coaches job to try and get people to help us." He keeps ranting.

I stop trying and let the other guys try.

I keep trying to get people to come to our stand, but nobody listens. "Told you stop trying dude." Westen says behind me.

I didn't even listen to him.
I was to struck by something gorgeous that I couldn't look away. Holy shit.

"Man are you listening to me?" He grabs my shoulder making me look at him. "Yeah yeah I did." Trying to look back but he grabbed me.

"What'd I say?" He asks.
"To stop trying and let you try to get some people." I say. He shakes his head shutting up. I look back to find her gone. I step out more to see where she went but she was gone.

Dammit.

"Aw... did Sam find a girl and lose her?" Westen says looking back at me.

I shake my head and going back behind the stand.

"Practice in a hour." Tom says for everyone.
