Wait what?*

Norman's POV

On the way home I got Shay to tell me what was upsetting her. By the time we got there I was ready to turn around and go beat his ass.

She curled up into my side and started telling me what happened:

"Him and my brother have been friends since I can remember. My dad worked for his dad. They were friends as well.

So he was constantly over at our house and it was no big deal. After I turned 15 he started acting weird. He would tickle me or hug me and his hands would rub across my boobs or butt.

I guess I really didn't think anything of it. One weekend Michael was at the house staying to watch Hunter and I while mom and dad went outta town.

Matt stayed over I woke up and he was laying in my bed. Just stroking my hair. I freaked out asked him what he was doing? He said he wanted to make sure I stayed safe. Thing was I didn't feel safe.

I told him to leave. He told me he just wanted a kiss. I told him no he started telling me how if I didn't that his dad could fire my dad and we would lose our house well everything. So I let him kiss me. He started groping me. The more I tried to fight him off the more he laughed. He kept asking me if I was a virgin.

Told me not to worry that he wouldn't take it till the time was right. After that everytime he would come over. I kept my door locked. He would still find ways to corner me. He would kiss me on me or rub me threw my panties.

Shortly after Michael completely moved out so I didn't see him much after that and when I did I made sure to stay around other people. I never told anyone cause I didn't want my dad to get fired and lose everything. I kept telling myself I just had to deal with it. That it was for my family. I haven't seen him in almost two years till tonight."

Long pause

"Norman can you say something please?" She whispered.

I wasnt even aware she had stopped talking. I was gripping the steering wheel so hard I was sure it was gona break. I heard her whimper. When I looked over there were tears in her eyes.

"Are you mad?" She said looking down like she had done something wrong.

I grabbed her and held her close to me kissing her hair.

"I'm mad baby but not at you never at you." I said.

She pulled herself into me as far as it was possible to go.

"I never told anybody what happened not even Casey." She said.

"You don't have to worry about that anymore baby. He'll never touch you again. He evens looks at you I'll kill him."

And I meant every word. I wanted to go find him and beat his face in till there was nothing left.

"Hey." I said raising her chin up.

I placed a light kiss on her lips.

"Lets not let him ruin the rest of your birthday huh? You go shower and get comfy I'll get some junk food. And we'll go lay in bed and watch a scary movie. Ok?"

She smiled and nodded her head.

When I was sure I heard the shower running. I called up a friend of mine. I was gona find out everything I could about this low life.

Shay's POV

Norman was right I'm not going to let him ruin what has been an amazing birthday. I'm gona put it out of my mind and go enjoy a movie with my amazing boyfriend.

I grabbed one of Normans shirts that barely covered my panties. Going out into the bedroom I laughed. He had lit some vanilla candles(our favorite) had the movie ready to go. At the foot of the bed was skittles starburst and blow pops. Which I knew were for me,and Hershey chocolate bars for him.

Standing at the foot of the bed I felt arms wrap around my waist. I chuckled and put my hands on his. He buried his face in my neck. His breath giving me goosebumps.

"Come on princess lets veg out." He said picking me up bridal style and laying me on the bed.

I layed on his chest watching the movie and playing with the lil chest hair he has. Every so often I would feel him kiss my forehead.

Norman-- Your beautiful.
Shay--(blushing) So you keep telling me.
Norman--(chuckle) It's true.
Shay--Thank you.
Norman--Your always welcome( kissing my nose).
Shay--Thank you again for today
It was great.
Norman--Anything for my girl.

She leaned down and put her lips on mine. God she taste so good. I can't get enough.

Norman--So I was wondering?
Shay--Yes?
Norman--Would you wana go to New York with me for a few weeks before you have to go back to school? I would really like for you to meet Mingus.
Shay--Do you think he's gona like me?
Norman-- I've been talking about you to him for a couple months now. He seems to be okay.
Shay--Yea I'll go.
Norman--Whats that look for?
Shay--Nervous.
Norman--Don't be nervous. You'll charm him just like you did me.

I laid down onto his chest,he wrapped his arms around me. I've never felt more safe and comfortable. I could feel myself starting to doze off.
