Meeting Norman Reedus

Shay's POV

We spent the next couple days visiting with friends and family. It was going to be a little bit before we were back here.
Norman told all his castmates about our engagement. Andy already knew but everyone else was suprised. They all congratulated us.

We had dinner with my family and everyone was excited and happy for us except my oldest brother Michael he was kind of an ass. Bringing up our age diffrence and kids and we'll really anything to piss me off. Norman handled it all so well.

We were now on our way to the airport.  To go tell the most important person our news.

Ming and I had become really close. But I was still worried about what he would say.

As soon as we got in Norman called Ming to let him know. We ordered food and freshened up while we waited for Ming to arrive. Shortly after the food arrived Ming came through the door.

"Hey guys I'm here."
"We're in here Ming." Norman yelled.

He came straight to me grabbing me in a bear hug.

"Hey Shay" he said. Kissing my cheek.

"Hey Ming I said. hugging him.

"I missed you" we said at the same time laughing.

Norman and Ming hugged and greeted each other.

"Missed you like crazy kid."

"Missed you to dad."

We sat down at the table to eat the pizza we had ordered.

Ming talked about school and modeling. And even a girl he was intrested in.

We waited till after dinner. Then Norman told Ming we needed to talk.

"Ming" Norman said "how would you feel about Shay being apart of our family?"

He smiled looking between Norman and I.

"No way really?"

Norman lifted my hand showing him the ring.

"I think its freaking great. You said yes right?"

I laughed. "Yeah I did."

He hugged me again. "I think its great congratulations."

"Thanks Ming" I said kissing his cheek.

"Wow dad thought you said you was never getting married." He laughed.

"I thought so to son. She snuck in on me somehow" he said kissing my head.

"I think its wonderful dad I'm glad your happy congratulations."

"Thank you son that means alot to both of us."

We all got to bed early that night. We were all flying out the next afternoon. To go see Norman's mom and sister.

He wanted to spend a couple days there. Then fly back here to spend the week with Ming before I had to go back out. 

I honestly still wasn't feeling all that great. I tried hiding it from Norman so he wouldn't be worried. However the next morning he found me hunched over the toliet again.

"Baby are you ok? How long has this been happening?"

"A few days"

"Why didn't you tell me Shay?"

"I didn't want you to worry."

"Hey I'm going to be your husband it's my job to worry about you."
