Quickly opening my eyes, I saw Parker on top me, shaking. "Parker? What is going on?"

Parker jumped back, "Oh thank the gods! You were screaming and crying for several minutes. And that was before I was trying to wake you up. That took several minutes. What happened?"

"I got another one of those damn dreams. I am still confused about so many things."

"What happened in the dream?"

"Well, I was one some sort of stone platform. Tykei and Pina were talking about monsters destroying the gods. Then Pina sent a manticore to attack me. I somehow was able to use my imperio in there."

Parker looked around, "Yeah not just in there either. You somehow were moving objects in the other room. I saw it while waiting for the food."

"Oh. Sorry about that."

"Don't worry about it. You didn't break anything thankfully. It was just a few iron cast pots that had plants in them. At best they have a few dents. Also, a manticore? That isn't Aquariusian."

"Oh that's good." I breathed out a sigh of relief, "And yes, a manitcore. Scorpion tail and all. It was terrifying."

"I can imagine. Even hearing about it sounds awful."

"It is. Anyways, I managed to kill the manticore by someone merging boulders together? I don't know how that happened. The mass killed the manticore but it also broke the platform I was standing on."

"That explains the screaming."

I nodded, "As I was falling, Rever caught me. I talked to him for a little while and he said some things that just don't make much sense."

A bell rang from the other room. Parker held up his hand and only the pointer finger was extended. As he shuffled to the door, I fell backward onto the bed and thought about what Rever had said. It seemed too convenient every time that I have dreams like that for him to appear just like that.

It was way too convenient.

I remembered the fear that I felt during the fight, during the fall, and the clean slate when his presence came to me. Rever had a plan greater than me, that was certain. But why was Dahel attacking me? Why wouldn't he attack the one person threatening his existence? Unless that one person was feeding him what he needed to survive...

Several minutes passed since Parker had left, and I was getting slightly concerned. Perhaps I should check up on him? Pushing myself off of the bed, I took my dagger from my boots and stuck it into my sheath on my back. Walking out, I looked around.

"Parker?" I called out. Around the corner I heard several metal pots fall and hit the ground. I took out my dagger and rushed over. What I saw was Parker on the ground, surrounded by metalware.

"Sorry about that. Don't need to kill me!" Parker spoke, a nervous wreck on the ground.

"Gods Parker! I thought something happened!" I put the dagger away and helped pick up the metalware with him.

"I was trying to get bowls and plates for us."

"I see. Well, let me get them this time. I don't care if I am shorter, I am sure I will grab them better than you did."

"Is that so?"

"Yes," I said, pulling over a chair and stepping on it. I pulled down a couple of plates and bowls for us. "There, look at me go." I teased.

"I guess you did, huh? Well, I'll bring in the tray of food. You get in bed."

I nodded and carried the bowls and plates into the room. Not a moment later Parker was rolling in a tray of different types of foods. Some of them were familiar dishes of Aquarius, though some of them I have never seen before. Handing Parker a bowl and plate, I poured out the alcohol in the pitcher.

"What drink did you get me?"

"I got you some Vinarum. For me, just a simple drink: lemonade." He spoke, holding out a golden pitcher of juice. Vinarum, huh? It was a mixture of rum and wine the last I recall. I hope it is the same as I remember it.

"Ah great! But really, you didn't want any alcohol?"

"I will drink it, just not now. I'll drink it when we go to dinner later cause gods know I will need it."

I nodded and ate the foods I was familiar with: ice cream and fruit spears. Though Parker ate the other foods that I was not too familiar with. Looking at Parker, I leaned backward and laid on the bed. He looked at me and raised an eyebrow.

I looked at him and said, "What?"

"Nothing. Are you done eating?" He asked, pointing to my plate and bowl.

"Yeah. I think I am going to sleep for a little while."

"Not just yet. I asked for Zelda to come over with clothes. She should be here any moment."

"Well, wake me when she gets here. I am going to try and talk to Rever."

"I doubt that will happen, but alright. Have a good rest."

Putting my head onto the pillow and closed my eyes. It was not easy falling asleep, but I was able to get to sleep. But it was empty?
