Chapter 3

"Where were you just now?" Ginny crossed her arms over her chest looking at her best friend.

"I've been waiting for you since dinner! You didn't even ate!" 

"You started to sound like Molly,Gin.In a good way." Hermione said taking a pair of pyjamas from her trunk and went to the bathroom.

"Well Hermione,where were you?"

"I was at the astronomy tower!" she said from the bathroom in their dorm.

"Oh Merlin,I forgot that you had a date with Malfoy.So how was it?" Hermione gasped as Ginny appeared on the door of the bathroom.

"It's not a date Ginny,for Merlin's sake." 

"Yeah-yeah whatever,I called it a date.So how was it?"

Hermione rolled her eyes and continued ; "Nothing special just talking and stuff."

"Wait,did you cry?" Ginny tilted her head looking at Hermione's red eyes.

"Kind of,I cried there.With Malfoy.He's actually so kind Ginny,he tried to comfort me." 

"Ooh,mister Malfoy and miss Granger is falling for each other." she teased her.

"Whatever."

"Can I join you here Hermione?" Draco came over to the Gryffindor table.

"Sure."

"Hermione,he called you by your first name." Ginny whispered as Draco sat down across them.

"I call him by his first name too,it's just a friend thing,Ginny." she whisper-yelled.

"Mate,why are you not at the slytherin table?" a voice approached them,it looks like it is Blaise Zabini.

"Um,I just wanted to be here with Hermione." Draco whispered to his friend and Blaise nodded.

"Can I join you?" he asked.

"Sure." Ginny said as he sat infront of Ginny.

"You girls know me,right?" 

"Y-yeah." they both stuttered.

"Don't get scared,I don't bite." he joked.

They finished their breakfast together and went to the same class that morning.

"Okay class,I will change your partner.Remember,it's only used for this period only.Anyways,we are making this potion right here." Professor Slughorn opened the lid of the cauldron revealing a potion inside it.

"Who knows this potion?, " Hermione raised her hand ; "Yes,Miss Granger?"

"It's Amortentia sir.It smells different to every people.It smells according to what we are attracted to."

"Very good,ten points to gryffindor.Okay,your partners are here written on the board.Please also make a two foot long summary about amortentia with your partner.Please give it to me tomorrow in my office.Alright,get brewing then!"

Hermione watched the board carefuly looking for her name.Before she found her name,there was this blonde girl with stormy blue-greyish eyes.

"You're Hermione right?" the girl asked.She's wearing a green robe,must be a Slytherin.

"Yes,you?"

"I'm Abellyne,I'm your partner." she said with a smile.

"Come on Abellyne,let's go." Hermione sat down next to her.

"I can go get the ingredients.Bye!" Abellyne left their table and went to the cupboard to get ingredients.

Hermione watched her and saw Blaise coming to her with his elbow rested on the wall.She assumed he was flirting based on his attitude towards her.
