Soobin laid there tired, he didn't want to go school or to work, but then again does anybody really want to?
Looking at the the clock that read 7:15 am he decided to get up. He didn't know why he always woke up so early when he only lives 10 minutes away from the school and had until 8:50 am.
Changing out from his pajamas and into some decent clothes, he went to go get his breakfast which consisted of just simple cereal and an apple, then going to pack his backpack.
Finally done with his morning routine he walked out the door with a heavy sigh leaving his lips.
"Bye mom and dad, I'll be back later." he softly said as he started his walk to school.
Nothing much happens during Soobin's walks to school it's pretty boring although he does enjoy the nature. Time to time he'd get his co worker to drive him, but nothing happens there either.
—
Arriving to school he decided to stop at the library for a few minutes to pass the time before going into his homeroom. Soobin went to his homeroom and sat there patiently waiting for the teacher.
Other students talked amongst each other while Soobin quietly sat there alone.
Finally, after a while the teacher arrived.
"Ok students, please sit down I just came from the office after finding out a few of you have had schedule changes due to the activities you have chosen to earn credit." Mr. Kim said taking a seat at his desk.
"So one by one, I want you to come grab your new schedule after I call your name."
Soobin sat there not even bothering to listen since he already knew he wouldn't be called because he hadn't chosen any activity.
".....and it seems as all of you have chosen an activity to take part in, now let's begin with today's announcements."
—
Nothing interesting happened in homeroom.
Just students mindlessly talking as Mr. Kim talked about the school's weekly announcements.
Finally after what seemed ages, the bell rang making all the students immediately scurry out of the room and into their next class.
"Soobin could you please come over here for a second?" Mr. Kim said making Soobin stop in his tracks and walk over to his desk.
"Yes Mr. Kim?"
"I was just wondering why you didn't choose any extra activities."
"Oh, I didn't since of course it was optional, but also since I didn't really feel the need. The school told me that I had earned enough credit last year, where I could finish it next year or the next semester of this school year." Soobin explained.
"Okay thank you. Don't think it is any trouble that you didn't, like you said the school told you, you had enough credit to not need an extra activity, and there are other kids too who didn't choose." Mr. Kim said grabbing a small piece of paper and writing something down on it "Here, your pass for first period."
Soobin grabbed the price of paper thanking Mr. Kim and walking out of his class.
—
After school, Soobin walked to go work at a small convenience store about 5 minutes away from school.
Once he got there, he went into the back room and changed.
After changing, a young man walked towards Soobin with a few boxes. "Soobin we got new items to stock, can you please help?"
"Yeah sure just put them over there, and I'll get to it."
"Okay thanks." Soobin's coworker smiled placing the box down and went back to the register.
Soobin grunted picking up the boxes which were much heavier than he expected.
"Hey you need help with that?" his coworker asked with a bit of concern laced into his voice.
"No I'm- fine."
"Hey look I'll stock up how about you go to the register?" he said walking up to Soobin giving him a pat in the back.
Soobin sighed, but nodded walking over to the register to assist a customer.
— —"And your total will be $7.35" Soobin said ringing up the last customer for the day.
The customer thanked him grabbing their stuff and walking out.
"Well hyung, I'm going now. Shift has ended."
"Okay Soobin stay safe." he said making Soobin nod and walk out the store to finally go home.
After a long day, Soobin showered and ate. He then saw the clock on his wall, rushing to his tv with a soft smile.
The clock read 8:29 pm
Only one more minute. Soobin thought.
Finally, the clock hit 8:30 and he appeared. With his new gold, beautiful, blonde hair. There he was.
"A brand new shampoo, the shampoo you have chosen, a shampoo with wonderful fragrance, a shampoo people use all over the world. Perhaps you will fall in love." He whispered through the tv.
Soobin sighed in contentment smiling at the tv like an idiot. He didn't care if he looked like an idiot staring at the tv like that. All that mattered was the shampoo fairy.
His shampoo fairy.
