26: New Changes

.... "that's all I ask Babe, please. I want our wedding sa home town ng mom ko." Gerald begged Sarah as they plan their wedding. "You can have everything else you want just give me this one request."

"But babe, all our friends and my family are here in Manila. I don't want them to spend money back and forth sa Cebu and sa Manila." Sarah reasoned.

Gerald leaned back on his leather couch sa living room. He folded his arm. "Well, all I really want are close friends and family. I can vouch for my friends and family. I'll rent a private plane if that's what it'll take—"

"Gerald, you have to think practical!" She cut him off staring at him.

Gerald raised both of his hands. "Do what you want then!" He got up and left.

"Gerald!"

It was early Wednesday morning at an old church in cebu, she walks down the aisle with her mermaid style white wedding dress as Gerald waits for her in tears. He's wearing an all Gucci black suit and tie.

They want to keep it small and intimate. They only invited family and close friends at the wedding ceremony. They repeated their vows when they got married in the states.

"I love you, salamat," Gerald said before they go inside a vintage car.

Sarah kissed him. "I love you."

The car took them to the near airport. There were a huge private air plane that carried all their guests back to Pampangga for their reception. They decided to do a televised reception for their fans to watch.

Many more guests arrived at the reception. Their best man and maid of honor did their speech differently. This time, they told Sarah and Gerald's love story together with slide shows. Then they gave them advice about marriage and life. Then after, the couple took the center stage for their first dance. After, there's a special number from the entourage and the newlywed. And finally a speech from both parents of the couple.

"Are you sure babe? Hindi ka pagod?" Tanong ni Gerald sa asawa while he carried her entering their suit at Prime Asia Hotel.

"Yes. I have been waiting for this moment for a very log time," Sarah grab her husband from the back of his neck to kiss him.

Gerald slowly put her down on the bed.

Sarah squealed in excitement when she saw a big bucket of ice cream, cake, and chocolates and other desserts on their bed.

They spent all night talking and eating dessert on the bed and still in their wedding attire. "What's next babe?" Gerald asked his wife.

"Babies!" Sarah said while she took a spoon full of ice cream.

Nasamid naman si Gerald sa sinabi ni Sarah. "Seryoso ka?"

"Bakit ayaw mo?" She took a bite of a cookie that she dipped in her ice cream.

"I want to! Of course!" He said. "Pero ready na ba tayo?"

"I'm ready. I'm off the pills, I'm financially stable and—"

"I'm ready too!" He cut her off. "Wanna practice?" He winked at her.

She seductively lick the spoon and raise her eyebrows couple times to tease her husband.

Gerald was quick to jump on top of Sarah ignoring all the desserts between them.

"BAAABE!!!" She squealed. "Hala! You ruined my dress!" She pout. Then she scoop some chocolate fudge using her hand and smudge it on his face.
