It had been a week when news about Raven's arrival spread across the Noble pack, along with the fact that she was no longer the superior dame.

She had spent the time looking and shopping for new clothes with Mark, it took a long time for her to persuade Mary to purchase tunics. With much reluctance, the woman had gave in as long as Raven owns dresses.

While the people had found relief that their troops will be officially leaded by Marcus, who was envisioned to be the perfect noble knight, Raven didn't find joy to hear the false rumors going around.

"I heard you became a thief." Gabriel snickered.

They were eating lunch in the pack house while most of the pack members who live there were out, so that there wouldn't be any offense or violence that would occur, especially to Raven.

Not that her usual self would engage in a useless fight.

"I heard you got pregnant so the Royal pack sent you home." Alpha Duke James said and his son burst out laughing who earned a glare from Mary.

"The people are irritating. Gossip is getting worse these days. I mean, how could they accuse her like that when she is as lazy as a sloth." Mary sighed, Gabriel laughed even more.

"Point taken." The Alpha Duke looked thoughtful and Raven didn't know if he was serious.

"Let them be." Raven only replied with a mouthful of food stuffed on her cheeks.

"We decided to announce what happened. That would clear things up, I just sent a formal letter to the Alpha King and we're only waiting for his reply. All of them could stop blabbering nonsense once and for all and we could get this matter settled then." Alpha Duke James said and sent an assuring smile to Mary's direction.

The light blush on her cheeks didn't go unnoticed.

Now that Raven thought about it, both of them could make a great couple and go well together. She should've gotten the subtle hints from the endless concern of the Alpha Duke from the past week. As for his son, maybe he would approve of their relationship and find the mother figure he had longed for.

While Raven had memories of her parents, Gabriel had none with his mother.

"When will we handle the paperwork about Raven's title? It's already been week since she got back." Gabriel asked as soon as his laughter died down.

As the person who will inherit his father's title soon, he had been helping and looking after the pack. He had fought in the front-lines against many enemies, Raven also being able to witness them.

Until the time comes, Gabriel had decided that he would be training under his father's watch.

"My wealth already matches that of a marquess or viscountess. Maybe it would be a great idea if you bestow me the title, mi'lord, if you grant me the honors." Raven stated.

"You will be bestowed the title of a duchess, child, with Mary." Alpha Duke James glanced at her for any signs of shock, only to receive a smirk.

"Why is that, I wonder?" Her smirk turned to a cheeky grin which made him chuckle.

"I think you already figured it out, lass." He wiped his lips with a napkin.

"It's rather bothersome to meddle between two lovebirds, I have no choice but to approve of it." Raven saw him nodded which only confirmed her suspicions then she glanced at Mary whose smile reached her eyes as if relieved to hear her approval.

"That would be very much appreciated, Raven." Alpha Duke James seemed relieved.

"That means you'll be moving with us then, that is if you want to." Gabriel spoke, grinning.
