"Um...are you sure their dating honey?" Ash had to stop chewing his apple half when he heard his mother ask the question, at first he didn't get it then when he saw her looking outside the window it clicked.

She was looking at the two of you.

You and Toshinori were at it since the early morning with all that training.

"Yes mom, he's just helping him get ready for our final sports festival before we graduate and apparently he wants to rank as one of the tops " his mother hummed in understanding but there was something about you, you were different.

She has known about you since her son started hanging out with you and became your best friend, she knew you were a good kid and was happy to know her son made a good friend.

Some may not know this but ash wasn't that social in his middle school years and was bullied at one point for having a villain quirk.

Her and his father tried to push him out there as much as possible even though his father was in the military most of the year.

As if he was just shot in the head ash choked on he was snacking on and turned away letting his back face his mother while he coughed.

"We are back daydream! " she smiled when she saw the two young boys coming from the back door of the beach house "Oh my! You two rest for a few minutes then go shower and by then I'll bring you cold drinks"

And true to her word she did, both of you eventually showered and settled down to drink some refreshing drinks and chill under the cold air conditioner while ash's cat was rubbing itself on your leg.

The cat was his because whenever they could come to this beach house it would follow him inside and act as if she lives there with them, nobody really had an issue with that and she was friendly so that's why they named her angel.

"Would you two be interesting in helping me with something today?"

Toshinori and you looked at each other before looking back at her, curiosity began to bloom within the both of you as her eyes sparkled with excitement.

"Sure. What do you need help with?"

The sweet mother stood up from her chair and pulled out a picture from her pocket then handed it to you.

You raised an eyebrow looking at the picture in your hand, it was a girl.

She had brown skin and a soft round face, glasses with golden frames and she wore a yellow hoodie with leggings, also her hair was long and a little curly.

"Um...who is this?"

"This is Nina aka the girl my son been crushing on for a year now"
