Chapter 2

(3rd pov)
One year ago izuku midoriya ran away from home one month ago his mother was killed in a house fire to say izuku was happy was an understatement "she finally got what she deserved huh kuro? Well I mean I did see this coming stain was very willing to help after I told what she did" the green headed boy says as he pets his cat "well we best head home and get some sleep we start work again in the morning"

(Three years later)
"dammit how did they find me" a certain Green headed boy exclaims, quickly he pulls out his phone and types some code "cmon cmon yes ok good" he says sliding it back into his pocket "I'm safe now even if they catch me they got nothing on me' the boy thought as he continued to run "STOP RUNNING IRA YOUR ONLY MAKING THIS WORSE FOR YOURSELF" the pro hero midnight yelled "OH EAT A DICK YOU GOT NOTHING ON ME" izuku says as he stops running to catch his breath "FIRST OF ALL THATS A RUDE THING TO SAY AND SECOND BRING IT PUNK" midnight says back as she to catches her breath just then more hero's show up "damn and all for little ol me you shouldn't have let's see who's here hhmmmmm eraser head makes sense, vlad king ok solid, midnight but duh oh and Kamui woods!! You really brought young blood to track down a 'dangerous criminal' like me? Well then I surrender" this shocks them as they where just chasing quite literally throughout half of town "what? I know when I'm beat" after I say this Kamui woods cuffs me and I'm taken to a police station to be questioned that's when  "ah detective tsukauchi my favourite cop how you doing" this scared the man maybe because I knew his name maybe because I knew he had family I could get to I may or may not have told him that one time "uh I'm good.... anyways I'm going to ask questions your going to wander truthfully and since you know who I am you know my quirk" "yes you sir are a human lie detector" I answered "good first how old are you" "14" true shocking the people on the other side of the glass "are you ira" "yes" true "ok and ira what's it mean" "ah yes my alias well it translates from Latin to English meaning three things anger, wrath and rage I thought you knew this though wouldn't nezu have told you this?" True "how do you know principle nezu" "every Saturday we play poker and Wednesday it's chess, he's probably my closest friend" true "ok oh and one last thing your mask can you take it off" "why not" removing his mask to show the face of izuku midoriya covered in scars "y-your izuku midoriya" "yes I am I am the one and only who disappeared four years ago" "*cough* a-alright turns out there's more questions first what's your quirk" "well at first it was called fear creation but two years ago I hacked into medical files and changed it to fear glutton" true before he could ask his next question an officer came in and said everything on ira is gone "dammit what did you do to all the info we have on you" "allegedly have on me and I deleted it so now it's gone like fart in the wind or what remained of my mental stability four years ago" true hearing this hurt someone on the other side of the glass, a certain tired eraser hero "oh I'm sorry to hear that but what kind of things happened to you" "I would rather not talk about them but instead I can write them down" the boy says tiredly and sad "and can I get a drink" "sure what would you like" "well scotch or anything stiff he'll even rubbing alcohol but since this is a precinct a coke would be nice" with this the detective heads out to get a coke and a paper and pen.

(Timeskip 4 minutes)
"Sorry about the wait no one in this place caries a pen" "eh that's fine I was ok I actually just asked aizawa for an autograph" "yea- WAIT you know ereaser heads real name" "yeah I'm a hacker and it doesn't hurt that I have an iq of 350" true "ok well here you go and a coke just like you asked "thanks" cracking open the coke and taking a sip izuku writes down everything that happened to him over the six years he lived with his mom taking a good five minutes stopping every now and again to regain composure so he didn't cry but as time went on he just looked more and more drained "h-h-here you go" izuku said passing the folded piece of paper to the detective to read and what he read brought him to tears "I'll be right back god I'm so so sorry" izuku didn't respond in his sarcastic manor in fact he didn't respond at all he just looked dead, the detective brought the paper to the other room to read and read they did it said things like
Bullying and abuse normal things he said that didn't shock them but as they read it got worse it ranged from burnings to being stabbed and suffocation to isolation but the worst on it where attempted black market selling of eyes heart kidneys and lungs which where horrible but the paper said "after they wouldn't take my organs because I was a child and even they had morals my mother attempted to kill me by using her quirk and shoot knives at me" it was at this moment the hero's learned that this kid even though he did illegal things he was the victim he was innocent and all this just because of a quirk "I'll be right back" aizawa said as he called the one person who could help.

(Time skip 1 hour/izuku pov)
An hour ago they took off my cuffs after I said that I wouldn't try to run a little beat rat mouse entered my room "hello izuku midoriya it's good to finally put a face to the man who has beaten me at chess and poker" nezu said this made me happy "and it's nice to finnaly put a face to the bear rat that owes me 8000 yen" I smild cheekily "yes yes here you go but that's not why I'm here, I'm here because I have a proposal for you" "and that is?" You will be pardoned from your crimes and free to do as you please so long as you agree to attend U.A. when it opens again, stop selling info to villains and you become aizawas side kick" nezu said "so what you saying is as long as I agree to your proposal I get pardoned I get to go to my dream school and on top of that I get to be my favourite hero's side kick?" I ask nezu just nods and reaches out his paw "do we have a deal?" He asks "you bet our next poker game you do" I say shaking his hand "and with this I might not be evicted" I say "oh and one more thing aizawa wants you to stay with him and hizashi till your actually old enough to buy a home" "yeah ok" I say smiling a genuine smile "good aizawas waiting for you out front he already has you things" with that I'm a free man and I'm slightly happy again maybe I'll do better around peopl- oh no what if there like the people from my middle school and don't accept me because of my quirk oh no no no no no I can't deal with that again I mig- "hey kid your muttering that's not a habit of yours is it also where's your place" aizawa said while driving down the road "huh oh take this left and then a right it's the apartment building"
(Aizawa pov)
We pull up to this older fund down looking building and the kid hops out and starts walking towards it "dammit oh well don't matter I'm leaving anyways" the kid says taking what I assume is an eviction notice and walking inside "kuro where are you I'm home" calls the kid and out comes a cat "you have a cat?" I ask the boy "yeah that's not gonna be a problem is it" he asks with a scared look in his eyes that I'm going to say yes "no not at all he just might not get along with ours" I say "oh ok well I doubt that because at first I wasn't a cat person but on day one he just forced his way into my heart I bet he could warm yours up to" the kid says jokingly "this kid is going to be a problem child I just know it, he's smart sarcastic and now that I've had a better look he looks like he hasn't slept in days' "ok I'm all packed up" he says snapping me out of my thoughts "everything you own fits in that box?" I ask "well yeah I mean most of my money goes to spoiling myself and my cat plus I had to pay to get good wifi in this place that wasn't easily traceable and my set up cost an arm and a leg" he says "oh problem child what about clothes?" I stay slightly annoyed "yeeaaaah in the box as well as my toys and treats for my cat speaking of which seems he's clawed his way into your heart" i hear him chuckle at the sight because his cat his lying on his back in my scarf sleeping "I don't know what you mean but cmon let's go" "sir yes dadzawa sir" he salutes as best he can o just ignore the whole dadzawa thing and we get back into the car and head home.
