I woke up this morning at 7:15. School started at 8:30. "Shit" I mumbled to myself. I don't have much time to get ready. 

I quickly got out of my bed, and brushed my teeth as quickly as i could. I stripped off my clothes and went into the shower. The hot water always helped me soothe my body, and helped me relax. I ran water through my body and and my hair. I quickly used my body wash all over my body. I lathered it and quickly washed it off. I got out and wrapped a towel around my body. I quickly dried my hair, and it was back to it's normal self, naturally curly. I went over to the sofa on the side and started wearing the clothes Sam laid out for me. I wore the black skater dress with the lace and looked at myself in the mirror. I moved a bit to see how I looked in another angle. I finally twirled and i was happy with my look. 

I put on my boots and a necklace. I always wore my earrings, so that didn't take much of my time. I went to the mirror and put my basic makeup on. Even though it was the first day of school, I didn't want fill my face with makeup. I put on a little foundation, eyeliner, mascara and lastly a little lip gloss. I quickly looked at myself in the mirror. I grabbed my phone and swug the bagpack on my back. it was already 8:10 and the drive to school was about 10-15 minutes as Sam told me. 

I quickly ran downstairs and grabbed the sandwich grandma laid out for me and gave her a quick kiss on the cheek.

"Thanks Grandma." 

Sam came running after me a minute later, repeating exactly what I did We both ran to the car and she quickly started it.

"I hate first days of schools, I'm always late, the only reason i'm a little earlier is because it's like your first first day of school." Sam mumbled.

I just gave her a smile as I finished the last bit of my sandwich. She was eating while driving the car. The rest of the car ride was nervous. I looked down at my lap and twirled my thumbs around. Sam could tell I was nervous. 

"Don't worry, it's going to be fine."

I smiled back at her and looked down at my lap. The rest of the car ride was silent. I was quite nervous. We got to school at 8:26 to be exact. Sam parked the car and we made our way to the entrance. The school was full of people. 

"Let me show you where your locker is." 

We walked through a crowd of people and people stared at me, it quickly made me nervous because I wondered if I looked okay, maybe I would bump into Lydia and she would help me out. 

"Ooh, everyone'e already checking you out." Sam said.

She took me to my locker and pointed at the number, here you go locker number 101. I

"'ll be around if you need anything, I have to go sort my shit out." Sam said while walking away. 

I opened my locker to empty out my bag and my printed schedule. I stuck a printed copy on the side of the locker wall.
