In the middle of some occasion, there's this little boy who's dragging a little girl by her wrist out of the flood of people.
He stopped in a small veranda where there's no one except them. He let her wrist free before facing her, irritation is evident by how the way he look.
"Can't you just trust him for once?!", The little boy with glasses asked, or more like shouted out of frustration.
The little strawberry blonde girl got startled by his outburst but managed to put her expressionless face back in just a second.
"Can you give me a heavy reason to trust him..?" again
"Damn it!" The boy frustratinglyreacts, "Can't you see that he's helping us?! He's in our side the whole time and that doesn't count as a reason to trust him for you?" The boy frustratingly asked but she just looked away.
"Just that?" The little girl mockingly whispered.
The boy grasp her shoulders and shook it, reason for her to look back at him.
"Open your damn eyes Haibara! All of this will end and we'll have our freedom from that organization with their help, with his help! You just need to trust him, that's all" The boy pleadingly said.
She shrugged his hands off her shoulders before giving him a serious look.
"Then they can do that without having my trust" She said, walking past him.
"Damn" She heard him angrily whispered, "You're so unreasonable"
The girl stopped midway. She looked down before whispering with enough sound for him to hear.
"I can give you hundreds of reasons but you'll never understand, Kudo-kun" with that, she left him dumbfounded of what he heard.
The boy was accompanied by the night's cool breeze for awhile.
'Yeah, I really won't understand. Especially if you won't make me understand', he thought.
But little did they know, someone is listening to their conversation the whole time.
