"Pizza Hut? Really?" I raise an eyebrow at the two fools in front of me with a pizza slice in each hand.

"We didn't eat breakfast."

"So you go to Pizza Hut?" They shrug.

They had promised me an adventure, but then it took us 10 minutes to find Nates car, then Jack had to go to the bathroom, and then he said he that he was hungry. So 20 minutes later and here we are. I reach my hand to get a piece of pizza, but Jack slaps it away.

"What the heck?"

"You insulted my pizza, so now you won't get any." I roll my eyes.

"I didn't insult your pizza, I just said that I thought pizza was a weird choice for breakfast." I explain, never leaving my eyes from the warm, cheesy pizza.

"Please, pretty please?"

"Fine." I gratefully get that slice and take a big bite at it. I grin happily at the boys.

"Cute." I look at Nate, as he chuckles.

"Um... what?"

"It's a compliment." He states, bored.

"Of course it is..."

Wait-he thinks I'm cute? I flush red, he notices and winks. That cocky idiot. Jake interrupts our non existing moment.

"So..let's start our adventure!" I look at the time.

"I don't think so, lesson starts in 8 minutes." Then it hits me.

"Oh my god! Lesson starts in 8 minutes! I'm going to be late, then I'll go to detention and then I'm going to get in trouble, the teacher is going to hate me forever, plus I have mr. Willick now...OH MY GOD I have mr. Willick now!"

"Okay, first of all, calm down." I do as Jack says, "now, mr. Willick has one rule, come late or don't come at all, so I say, don't come at all." I gape at him.

"Oh come on! We are going to have fun! The guy probably already hates you so you don't need to worry about that..." he chuckles, but stops as soon as he sees my face, "I mean, he doesn't hate you, but you still don't need to worry because...because..."

"Your digging your own grave man." Jack looks at Nate in defeat.

"I know."

"I am fully convinced you never graduated kindergarden."

"Ye-hey!"

Nate sighs, "Come on."

He opens his car and looks back at me "Get in."

"No."

"Get in!"

"No!"

"Now!" "

"Make m-" He quickly covered her mouth with his hand.

"Trust me, princess. That's a sentence you don't want to finish."

5 minutes later and I'm in the back of Nate's car, Jack is still pouting and we are heading god knows where. I look at my surroundings, there are older building in which many seem abandoned. I sigh and fall further down my seat.

"We're here!" Jack cries happily, his sour mood gone forever.

"Bowling?" I ask, reading the sign.

"Yeah, why? You got a problem with bowling?" Jack says in a defensive tone.

"No, not at all." I chuckle nervously, not taking any chances. It's always all fun and games, until it isn't.

We enter the establishment, from the outside, I expected an old bowling alley with shitty lanes, but I'm left in awe from the luxious interior. The floor is made of shiny wood, there are marble tables and silver chandeliers hanging from the tall and ornated ceilings.
