Skipping  Saturday

As usual  Ava accompanies her mom to church just in case anything  happens to her. They have always been going to church even before her dad died. It's around 7:30 am and church starts at 9. So they got ready as quick as possible  and head to the community  church.

Church service
"For I am a child of god !"  They sang the last line of the gospel. As the pastor  starts to preach again ava exits  the church and stood outside. It's not that she has a problem but the fact that her head starts to hurt. As she stood outside she caught a glimpse  of this guy. She was not sure of what his face was like for he had his head turned to the other side. Then he turned around and their eyes made four. He closed the trunk of his car and locked it with his key while he stares at her. For about 4 seconds  which felt like eternity before  they stop staring. He got in his car and drove away, while she went  back inside.

After service, people stood outside and talked for awhile before going off to do their business. Her mom, was  speaking to her friends before they left the yard too. As they were heading home People in the neighborhood  normally judged them with their  eyes because  they are not up to standard economically and that day was one of those days. " Boy I am telling you church was fun," mama Joy said. "Yes mom it was other than the part where my head starts to hurt from all that shouting," she said cracking a smile. "You always complain about the service  every sunday," her mom said laughing  a lil bit. "So what's  for dinner?" She asked standing in front the gate to their house. "Your favourite  sweety," she said playfully pulling her cheeks. "Yes please," Ava said as she opened  the door.

Sunday dinner was just as wonderful as the others,  but her mind kept reminiscing about  earlier at church. Her mom saw a look on her face. " Is everything  alright  sweety?" She asked. "Yes,"she  said walking up to her room. She laid on her back on the floor and stare at the ceiling  till she falls a sleep.
