Escape

"Mud! Wake up! I have a plan to get out of here!" Star whispered while lightly shaking Mud.

"Hugh? What you mean, escape?" Mud whispered sleepily.

"Were escaping this dump. I had a dream. There is a place i saw there! A better place we coul..."

"What!? There is no way I'm going to a place that I don't even know exists!"

 "Come on! We are escaping if you like it or not!" Star grumbled.

 It was still nighttime. The moon was shining brightly over the prison. A wire gate surrounded the prison. The climb didn't look hard, it was the guards getting past that was the tough part.

Mud and I managed to sneak to the fence. But when I tried to jump up on the fence, it made a large screech, and the guards all saw us.

 "Mud climb! Quick! I shjouted. 

"Hey you! Stop right there!" One of the guards shouted.

 I was already up and over the fence when Mud slipped.

 "Mud!" I shouted.

 Just then a guard grabbed him by the leg and flipped him over on his back. I watched in terror as he lifted his paw, ready to give that killing swipe with his paw.

Then, on the last moment Mud scratched the guards paw and the guard let go of him. He jumped for the fence and climbed as hard and fast as he could. He dropped down on the other side with me and we ran, ran away from prison, away from death, moving onward to, hope....
