I woke up to the twins jumping on the bed.
"Mommy, mommy!" I heard their voices, making me smile and open my eyes.
"Yes, my loves?" I asked, running my fingers through Emera's hair.
"Dinah Comida Hecha, Mama." (Dinah made food, mama) I smiled at Becky's perfect pronunciation of the Spanish words.
"Good job baby! You get a sticker!" I said putting a sticker on her chart.
"No fair! Mama, puedo hacerlo tambien!" (I can do it too!) I smiled at Emera.
"You have to be the first one, baby." I said and she pouted.
We headed downstairs and ate our lunch.
"Mama." I looked over at Becky, teaching her how to use the fork properly.
"Si, mi amor?" I asked.
"Do I gotta say it in Spanish?" Emera whined.
"It's "do I have to" and yes, baby." I said and she huffed.
"Puedo tener mas?" (Can I have more?)
She asked, making me smile."Yes baby, good job." I said and gave her some more food.
"Dang, Y/N. You should really homeschool them. You're great so far." I smiled at Dinah.
"Thanks." I said, continuing to eat.
I got the twins out of the baby talking as soon as I could.
By the time they were two, they knew how to say everything in Spanish and English.
I smiled and we soon all went into the living room, watching frozen.
The twins made me play barbies with them, but I didn't mind.
This was fun, and I'm so happy I have the twins.
I would have gone crazy by now without them.
