THE POWER OF TOUNGE

[PROV. 18:21]
The tongue can bring death or life;
 those who love it will reap it's fruit.

If you will read the whole scripture of the bible, many verses had mentioned that there is power in your tounge, and remember, kapag more than 3 times itong minention sa bible, meaning ito ay mahalaga. Edi etong maliit na part sa ating katawan pala ay sobrang halaga, it can bring death and life. Pero bakit ang deep naman ng death and life eh ang liit lang naman ng part nito sa ating katawan at nagsasalita lang naman tayo, minsan kung ano-ano pa diba. Pero simply because it has a power. Whatever you may say, you are giving life to it.

So ate, kapag po ba nagsalita ako ng masama, masama ang mangyayari? A big YES! Let us example our emotion. Something happened to you na hindi umayon sa plano mo o gusto mong mangyari pero it will not affect your future. But then, bigla mong sinabi, "Nakaka-inis naman!" tignan mo ang nangyari, nainis ka talaga! Eh yun pala hindi ka lang nakasakay sa jeep na gusto mong sakayan e marami pa namang jeep na naghihintay sa'yo diyan diba?

Also, Let us example our use of social media, lagi ka nagkocomment sa mga post, giving your opinion. Then one time, may nagcomment sa comment mo. Natriggered eh, dami mo kasi sinabi. Hahahaha! Ganito, ganiyan. So ikaw hindi ka nagpatalo, nagcomment ka ulit. To the point na nagtalo na kayo sa comment. Eh ate, comment naman po yun ah, wala yun kinalaman sa tounge na meron tayo diba. Pero, that's what your heart want to say right? Sabi nila, Kung ano yung sinasabi mo, yun yung gustong sabihin ng puso mo. Needless to say, kaya mo nakocomment ang mga bagay na 'yan kasi nga yun yung gustong ipahiwatig, sabihin ng puso mo, to the point na yung use of social media para sa'yo ay lumala na. It is a bad result right?

Bakit po may power ang tounge if ang dulot lang naman nito ay kapahamakan ng isang tao? Bakit pa po to binigyan nang Lord ng ganung klaseng kapangyarihan?

The reason why our Father, gave us this kind of power in our tounge is not meant for us to speak bad things or words na gusto mong ipahiwatig, yung ang motto mo sa buhay ay, "Wala akong pake, basta sasabihin ko kung anong gusto ko." Hahahaa! Dahil diyan marami mambabash sa'yo, mangigigil ka, maiinis, malulungkot, malulugmok diba? Kaya It is meant for something good, better and best! The Lord gave us this kind of power to use it for His glory, to praise His name, also to declare good things in the name of the Lord. Also, alam mo ba na sobrang makapangyarihan yan to the point that you can turn your world upside down? Sabi nga, "and those who love it will bear it's fruit." meaning, if you love to say bad things or bad words that are not good for you or for others, you are choosing the bad fruit. Pangit na bunga para sayo diba. But if you are choosing to declare, to claim, to glorify the name of the Lord and to speak good for others, then the result of it will be a good fruit. Magandang bunga, dibaaa?

Kaya Jesus gave power to our tounge for good. Ginawa niya yan kasi tayo din ang makakabenefit, tayo ang makakagain. Ginawa niya yan for us to pray, to call unto Him, to be more closer to Him.

Kaya right now, I know na marami satin naiinis dahil ang tagal na ng quarantine, to the point na nakakasabi na tayo ng masama, but always remember, there is a season in every time. Choose always to be in the Lord's presence and declare life upon life. Imblis na mainis nalang tayo at malugmok, maboring. We can always choose to pray and declare na maging maayos na ang mundo at makalaya na tayo sa bahay natin. Hahaha! And it is not much, hindi ka naman kikilos ng todo para magpray eh. Magkulong ka lang sa kwarto at kausapin ang Lord. Tignan mo ang mangyayari, so much peace ang mararamdaman mo and also, nakatulong kana through prayers diba and always remember that God is our God who is always working. You are His sheep at hindi kaniya pababayaan so don't let yourself be troubled by saying bad things, always choose to be in the presence of our God. Pray, Declare and you will find rest in Him.
