She finishes my make up and smiles big. "You look stunning!!" She jumps up and down and I put my hand on her chest.

"Relax. Okay?" She nods a little and sits.

"Time for the mask." She runs out of the room and I look down at my dress, admiring the beaded patterns and sequins all over it. It was black and my hair was voluminous, with so much product in it that it looked brown. And I kind of liked being brunette. It wasn't so bad. Maybe Stiles would've liked me more if I was brunette.

"TADA!" Kira runs in with a black, lacy mask and I almost cover my mouth.

"OMG, Kira. Why aren't you wearing this? It's so-"

"Beautiful. I know...I could NEVER pull this off. The only person I know who could rock this is Lydia Martin."

I pull her into a huge hug and I smile. "I love you so much, Kira."

"Time to seduce." She walks out in her blue gown and purple mask.

"Wait..what?"

We arrive at the ballroom. It's decorated with a gigantic chandelier and paintings on the ceiling. Boys eye me up and down and Kira and I walk on the staircase to the dancing area or whatever. I grab Kira's hand tightly. "Do I really look alright in this mask?"

"Puh-lease. You look gorgeous."

"I don't even know how to dance like a civilized person."

She giggles. "Just slow dance. It's that easy. Oh, and don't forget, it's polite to stay silent. Now grab a partner." She pushes me into the crowd and I knock into someone. I was going to say sorry, but I remember the rule. I nod a little and the boy pulls me closer and into "dancing position." He's my age and has dark brown hair and beautiful eyes. His mask is silver and smooth. Boy, was he sexy.

We dance for a while until he pulls me off of the floor and into a coat closet of some sort. Romantic, I know. He kisses me roughly and I can't help but kiss back. His lips were so soft and I just couldn't bring myself to pull away. I start to untie his mask but my finger gets knotted up. I pull away and take the mask off of him.

"Stiles?!"
