Logan's POV:

It was now a couple weeks, basically a little over a month. I had stayed here and today I was positive that Remus's wounds were fully healed. He sat down in the chair looking a little nervous even though there was no reason too. Yet I couldn't blame him, if I was in his situation I'd feel nervous too for no reason. I peeled away the bandages and dismantled the cast and examined the area of the previous gash and scratch and nodded with a smile. "They're all healed Remus!" I told him and he smiled happily and hugged me unexpectedly. I was caught off-guard by the sudden action of affection but at the same time I didn't mind it all. I hugged him back and chuckled jokingly. "Someone's happy" I teased, and he let go of the hug and blushed a little in embarrassment and laughed as well.

"Sorry, it's just the bandages weren't comfortable to sleep with" he admitted and I giggled unintentionally. As soon as I processed what I did I hid my face in my hands and groaned.

"That was adorable!" He exclaimed and I only got more flustered with his added compliment.

"Shut up" I grumbled and he just chuckled while patting me on the shoulder.

"It's ok, and I promise I won't tell anyone for the sake of your sanity" he added and I smiled while letting my hands fall back to my sides. He looked out the window and smiled happily while talking my hands in his and moved energetically to the door.

"The snow stopped falling! Let's go outside!" He pleaded like a child and I tilted my eyebrows confused.

"Outside?" I asked and he nodded while looking at me now puzzled as well.

"Yeah outside? Why, do you not want to?" He asked and stopped in his tracks.

"No, I do, I just thought I wasn't allowed to leave" I pointed out, it took him a second before he burst out laughing and shook his head.

"Now I may be a hideous monster, but I'm not a prick, you can go outside you just can't leave the kingdoms grounds" he told me and I mentally face-palmed myself and groaned.

"That makes sense, good lord I'm an idiot" I grumbled as I pinched the bridge of my nose and he just chuckled.

"I probably would have made the same assumption, now get ready and meet me outside!" He exclaimed and I nodded in agreement as he took off down the hall. I made my way back to my room and Rose looked at me curiously.

"What are you doing back so early? I thought you'd just have gotten to the library by now!" Rose questioned and I smiled to her while shaking my head.

"It's stopped snowing and Remus wanted us to go outside, I just need something more appropriate for this kind of weather" I explained and she nodded now realizing the situation.

'That makes sense, give me a moment and I'll give you something" she rustled around in her drawers and pulled out a sweater, a thick and furry cloak, some mittens, a scarf, earmuffs, thick materialized pants, and some boots with a pair of thick socks. I thanked her for the clothing and changed into it as quickly as I could. When I was finished I knew I would be warm enough while I was outside, but everything I had on wasn't too bulky so I could still move around comfortably. I thanked Rose one last time and headed down the stairs to meet Remus outside.

3rd person POV:

All the objects with a consciousness moved forward next to the window and looked at the two men play in the snow. Thomas grinned happily, Janus looked skeptical, Audrey had a knowing smile, Ginny just looked confused at why everyone was staring at the two boys, and Reina just had a mischievous smirk for most of them knew exactly what was going on with their master and guest.
