Chapter 3 leaving home

After about 6 months.

I sat the kitchen table looking through paper work. Trying to figure out this case. Garrus was out integrating someone. A Turian. A human male was shot.
Due to as the volus witness a deal that went wrong. The Turian won't talk.

It can't be him it's someone else. "Y/n!" I saw Garrus at the doorway. "Garrus you okay?" I asked him. "I need you help." I got out my chair and follow him out. "What's up?" "Saren wants you to integrate this guy but we said no but he kept pushing."  I see. I haven't encounter him since the first day being shown around the Citadel.

We got to room and Garrus opens the door. "I can go in there if you like?" I shook my head and smile at him. "Best if you don't watch I don't know what I'll do." He chuckles while I walk in.

Saren to my left as we look at the Turian who obviously wants to leave. "Find the ships name." A name that's it? "Any clues?" I whispered. Saren shook his head.

Who is this? He look likes smugglers you encounter when you help Nissan with her 'sister.'
I know his boss.

I gave myself a confidant smirk as eye the man. "I know who you work." I walk around his chair in calm matter as he seems to stiffen. "No way. No ones knows not even their own family knows!" He may the know the plan.

I lower my head near his ear and let my smirk grow wider. "I know you'll use their name to blackmail someone soon." I whispered in low tone in his ear.
"Tell me the ship name or I'll find your base on Artemis Tau in Macedon system. On the planet Sharjila." He shoots forward terrified. "The name of the ship is Veronica II!" He breath in terror. "Stop with knowing all the shit now! Your scaring me!" He shifts away from me. "Are you guilty?" "Yes!" I smile and look at Saren in approval. "Arrest..him." He told the C-sec officer at the door. We walk out as he pats my back. "Good job, didn't even need to harm him. You have a way with words." I awkwardly chuckle. "Yeah it just knowing things that won't happen yet." I mumble the last part. "No matter good work Blaze! Now back to work." He leave my side as Garrus rushes over to me. "Good work...that was the first seeing him nice to human." He told me. I stare at Saren with a look of what are you doing?

We got back to Garrus apartment and he got drinks so obviously we celebrated!

"Garrus...I need to tell you something." He looks at me with concern. "Don't trust Saren he will betray us...it's a fact." He nods. "I won't if that makes you comfortable." I gave him a smile as he sighs. "He won't be here for a week or two anyways." "Why's that?" "Don't know it's Spector business I can't touch anything on him." I gave him a bit of concern look. "Then! He's going to Eden Prime!" There we hear a knock on the door. "Stay here." Garrus grabs his pistol and opens the door to see Saren. "Saren? What brings you here?" Garrus keeps the door cracked. "Is miss Blaze here?" Saren asked. He must have heard me. "Yeah and why?" Saren barges in and looks me down. "I need her for a mission a Spector mission I already told the council and they allowed it." I eyed him down in disbelief. "Blaze your leaving in the morning with Nihlus." Garrus seem to relax after that. "Yeah...okay...I'll be there." He nods and bid us goodbye and Garrus looks at me with worry. "It's going to be okay Garrus at least I'm not with Saren...I'm going to Eden Prime." He rushed to me and grabs my Omni-tool. "If this signal dies I know your killed and it will tell me who." He said pretty stern. "Now you borrow a suitcase of mine...pack your things Y/n." I gently kissed his cheek. I Blush bad after I realized what I did. "Oh uh I didn't mean to uh Garrus your like uh-" he kissed my cheek. "Come home safe please." I smiled and nodded.
