when i woke up the next morning, i felt a head resting on my shoulder. simply by the way his soft hair felt against my skin i could tell it was hyunjin.
i felt him gently rubbing over my arms, causing me to open my eyes.
"what are you doing, babe?"
"ah, you're awake..", my boyfriend smiled gently, then continued to focus on my lower arms and wrists. i frowned, seeing him caress strange scratches on my skin until i remembered the insects.

a shiver ran down my spine and i quickly looked at my skin, seeing there were no bugs left and no deep injuries. i must've imagined the little ants.. but it had felt so real.

" 'you okay?", hyunjin asked, "where are all these scratches and wounds from? they were already there when i picked you up from the party so you must've gotten them at jeongin's!"
there was a little worry in his voice so i wanted to soothe him immediately.
"things just got a little wild yesterday", i chuckled, "i don't think i can handle that much alcohol anymore. i got lame."

hyunjin giggled, nuzzling his face into my chest. "you're not lame.", he muffled, "but please be more careful next time, yeah?"
i nodded, pulling him a little closer and enjoyed the morning in bed.

i hadn't lied to hyunjin but i hadn't been fully honest either. why? i didn't think he would freak out once i told him, he would probably be understanding and just help me to stay away from drugs - including alcohol - for a while. so why didn't i tell him?

my phone buzzed quietly; looking at the screen i saw a message notification from yeri.
a smile appeared on my face. i hadn't seen her in a while, however i had seen seungmin's recent post on instagram in which he was holding yeri a little too tightly to just be friends with her.

so i decided to answer.

"Baby?"
"mhmmm?" hyunjin's head was still resting on my chest.
"yeri just texted me if we want to meet up with her? i think seungmin could come too so we'd have a double date.", i grinned widely, knowing hyunjin would get flustered being affectionate with me in front of our friends. although that hadn't stopped him when he had kissed me for the first time.

"oh, yeri? uh.. well i guess you can meet up with her and seungmin, i have work today.", he responded with a small pout.
"when do you have to work?", i asked, gently stroking through his dark hair. it was soft and perfectly to run your fingers through.

"from 1 to 9pm", he continued to pout, "but it's okay, you can go."
"is it really fine?", i chuckled, squishing his cheeks. "you can get a little jealous sometimes."

hyunjin nodded and pecked my lips. "she has a boyfriend and you have a boyfriend so i have no reason to be worried. and you're in love with me, right?"
i grinned. "no, i'm in love with chan."
my boyfriend's face turned into something like this: -_-.
"ha-ha, please tell me you love me."
"yes, i love you.", i answered immediately, kissing his forehead before getting out of bed. "don't doubt me, you know i do."

a smile spread accross hyunjin's face. "yeah i know, i just wanted to hear it again."
i laughed, walking into the bathroom while texting yeri on when to meet up.
