cold. warm. cold. hot. legs crawling out of my skin. fear. nausea. get me out. get them out. they are biting me. they are scratching and stinging and sucking my blood. they are everywhere.
in full exhaustion i let myself fall onto the bed, twitching and blinking helplessly as a worm made it's way under my eyeball, crawling on top of my iris. i threw up - the second time today - but didn't have the energy to clean up. i felt tears running down my cheeks or were they bugs? they were hot, almost stinging my skin.
i got sleepy while scratching my arms, skin getting caught up under my nails, a little bit of blood on my fingers. they won't let me go. while drifting away i heard the key being turned in the lock, hyunjin must be home. he can't see me like that. the bugs will harm him. eventually, exhaustion took over and i fell asleep.
