For [Death-Ray], the mana cost for it was greatly reduced, or it's just because I'm using arcana as the source of my magic. I can now spam 5 death rays just fine. The power of the ray was also visibly stronger and more intense. [Death-Ray] was usually shot out from the blood jewel on my mask, but since it was replaced with a star symbol, the ray was shot from the tip of my index finger

For [Prediction], nothing really changed. It's already broken as it is, and buffing an already broken spell would ruin the balance

"Now. For the Dark Magic and Ancient Magic."

I pulled out my card, I searched for Dark or Ancient magic. I kept scrolling until I finally reached the end of my learnable skill column. I realised something

"I haven't learned ancient or dark magic yet..."

Let alone learning them, I can't even find anyone that could use either ancient or dark magic. High-ranked devils are of course out of the question, Shamans are extremely rare too

The Next Day

Me, Kazuma, and Aqua were walking down the street towards a place I don't even know. He said that he wanted to learn a skill in this place

...We arrived at a magic store-front

Kazuma: "Now Aqua, I'll warn you to not do anything unecessary in this shop. Understand?"

Aqua: "What kind of person do you think I am? A bandit? A robber? A thief?"

Aqua: "Shut up! I'm a Goddess! A bona fide deity!"

We ignored the complaining Aqua and entered the shop. In the counter of the shop was a busty woman with long brown hair. She wears a long purple robe

???: "Welcome... Ahhh!"

Aqua: "Waaaah?!"

Right after proclaiming oneself as a Goddess, the said Goddess quickly changed her act like a hoodlum. She ran to the counter, then she grabbed shopkeeper's collar and started shaking her violently

Aqua: "There you are you stinking undead! How dare you open a shop in this town?! I'm sleeping in a stable while you're running a shop?! For a lich, you're way too full of yourself!"

Kazuma walked behind Aqua and raised his sheathed shortsword

Aqua: "In the name of the Axis Cult, I shall burn this shop- Ouch!"

Aqua was hit on her head with a satisfying 'CLANG' sound. She held her head with teary eyes and squeaked in pain

Kazuma: "Yo Wiz."

"Hi Wiz, long time no see."

Wiz: "Ah, Kazuma-san, Y/N-san."
