kai... (the hollow kai x adam)

part seven: yay

"Okay, thank you so much, we'll be over right away". Adam hung up the phone and turned to Kai with a light smile. "Let's go". Adam grabbed his moms car keys and walked to the garage door.

"Wait where, what happened?" Kai had no idea what was going on. "I'll explain on the way, but we have to hurry! Mom, dad, you should come too". They all hopped in the car while Adam explained everything on the way there.

When they pulled up to Kai's house there were two cop cars in the driveway, one had his mom and the other his dad. A cop noticed them pull in and took them all to his mom. The other car sped off, taking his dad to the station.

"MOM! Oh my god are you okay?!" She was covered in dark bruises and one of her eyes would barely open. Kai rushed to her, hugging her gently so he wouldn't hurt her.

His mom was trembling and lightly sobbing. "Well, I am now". She gave him a smile and laughed a little. "The cops need to take us all to the station, if we all just tell the truth and hope for the best, he will be sent to jail for a long time".

Kai frowned, thinking the worst. "But what about his company and the house? What about us?" She stroked Kai's worried face with her hand to calm his nerves. "I'm not sure honey".

"I am". They all turned to see the cop from the second car walking up to them. "You would take over his company and keep the house and his money". Kai's mom opened her mouth in shock.

"I would?" The cop smiled at her. "Yep, the only reason we need to bring you all in is just a procedure to make sure the stories straight and to determine how much time he'll be sentenced.

Kai's mom has stopped crying once she first saw Kai but she started to tear up again. "Oh my goodness that's..." She trailed off, losing her words in tears. "It's great mom". Kai pulled her into another hug.

(A/N! sorry i'm really lazy and it's 2 a.m. so I don't feel like writing what happens at the station so biiiiig time skip right here).

A few weeks had passed and a final sentence was set, he was given fifteen years in jail, seeing as this wasn't his first time being charged with this.

Kai's mom now had her husband's old job and the house was under her name only. They got a divorce and most of the money went to her.

"Bye mom, have fun!" Now that she had her  ex husbands job, she would be going on all the trips, a lot more often. "Bye honey, I'll be back as soon as I can be!" She kissed Kai's forehead and rushed out the door.

ok i'm sorry it's short but i'm tired and just wanted to get this part out of the way, i will update soon though! it'll be much longer i swear. but also, there are way too little of kaidam stories and i only have three left from this app to read, i'm encouraging you to write kai x adam stories too so we can all read more of these stories!
