I woke up in my own bed, in his arms
But I didn't know it was him, I jumped up, I woke him

When I saw who it was
I lay down again, but beside him.

"Thank you" I managed to let the words escape my lips "you're amazing" I started to cry. I was scared

He turned onto his side and wiped a tear from my face

"No thanks needed, as long as you're ok" he whispered,

"did Kayla and maddie hurt you?" He asked

All I could do was nod

He touched my cheekbone gently, but it hurt so I flinched

"Wow, they hit you hard" he said "but they won't ever again, and I'll make sure of that"

I just smiled, then I remembered we had school today. I freaked but saw it was still early, 6am

"We have school" I managed to say "you should go home and get ready"

"Shit, we do" he said, disappointed, "can I take you today?"

"Sure, I'll be ready by 7 30" I said

I sat with him on my bed for a few more minutes, then he left to go get some clothes on

I got dressed into something that would hide the bruises on my arms and legs

I covered up the bruises on my face with some makeup

Then I packed my bag, folded his hoodie and slid it under my arm, then ran outside to go to school, rushing past my mom and dad

I was about to slide into the backseat of his car because tony was in front but tony got out and let me get in the front

"Thanks" I smiled

I grabbed the hoodie and tried to hand it to ondreaz  "here" I said "thank you for your help last night" tears filled my eyes

He pushed my outstretched hands back towards my body "keep it" he said with a smile "it looked better on you anyway"

"Thanks" I said

I took off my jersey and put on his hoodie.

It felt nice

On the drive to school all I could think about was how right I felt in his arms

I missed it.

When she got into my car, she had covered her bruises up all over

And the ones on her face were covered with makeup

I felt sad, she had bruised so easily.

She tried to give me my hoodie back, but I wouldn't take it, she looked so cute in that hoodie, it should be hers

As I looked into her  light brown eyes, I wanted her in my arms again

I missed that feeling

I really did.
