They live secretly amongst humans, living in the middle of nowhere, slipping through secret passageways, and never making a sound. That's the life of the personifications of countrys, allways looking over your shoulder.

Who is personified and who isn't?

To be personified they must have their own government and, or culture.
State's are personified due to the governors, and how each state has their own type of culture and way of life
Provinces will not be personified do to them ultimately being under the control of the country's government with no way to opposed them with their own government
Capitals are always personified and act as the country's Personal assistant

How are the Countries protected?

I'm going use America as a example, after someone works in the secret service for so long they will be given the opportunity to serve someone of very high importance (America and the states) but if they do except secrecy must be sworn.

What happens if the countryhuman dies?

No matter what the county will fall, there will be no saving the way of life of the people

How does the government affect the countryhuman?

The leader's personalities affect the county's personalities, in turn the country has the final say in everything.
Although the country's judgement may be impaired do to their leader's views.
