SMACK!!! The belt hit the boys skin. He cried giving his father satisfaction. "I don't want to see you hanging around anyone! Do you hear me Vanitas?!" Vanitas cried louder as his father hit him with the belt once more. "Y-Yes sir." His father hit him harder and harder with each time Vanitas' skin clashed with the belt.
Vanitas went to his room after the abuse was over. He didn't know why his father didn't want him to have any friends. His sister, Niko had them and he didn't beat her. Did his father hate him? Vanitas could still feel the pain of were the belt hit him. He didn't think tommorow was going to be any better.
Vanitas woke up to the sound of his dad yelling. He knew he wasn't yelling at him. Vanitas heard crying from down stairs as well. It sounded like Sora. He was beating Sora! Vanitas knew his father was going way to far. Sora was the youngest and the most fragile. He was also mom's favorite. Vanitas walked downstairs hoping not to be seen. "D-Dad pl-ease stop!" Sora struggled to get the words out of his mouth but it just wasn't enough to stop his father from beating him. "Your her favorite!" Sora cried louder than Vanitas had when he was hit Vanitas couldn't watch. Sora was bleeding all over the place, at this point, Vanitas knew Sora needed Medical attention. Vanitas ran to the next room and picked up the phone. "911 please help me! My dad's abusing me and my brother! I need your help! Yes! It's been going on for years just please send help!" Vanitas hung up the phone and ran back to see his father grab a knife and jab it through Sorà's chest.
