Olivia started crying too loudly to get George attention.

He listened and entered the bedroom... "What is it, Olivia?" "George, I know you're married and you have a son. Fitz put a camera in the bedroom, locked the door and left Olivia inside the bedroom, so Cyrus would think nothing had happened.
Michael and Katy tied George to a rope.
Fitz, Michael and Katy stayed hidden.

Olivia plan is to make Cyrus confess his crimes.

Cyrus came back... *Where's that idiot George? I didn't tell him to stay here with Olivia? * Cyrus thought.
