I was sitting in the little kitchen area when there was a knock on the door. Sasha had told me she was expecting someone. I assumed it was a boy, so being the great younger brother I am I went to ruin her date. I hopped off the stool and walked over to the door. My plan was to pretend to be Sasha's boyfriend but when I opened the door I was shocked. It wasn't a boy.....it was that girl who slammed her waffles into me.

"Trey I told you I would get it" Sasha walked over to the door.

"Hi" I said completely ignoring her. The girl just smiled at me. She had a really pretty smile. She had one little small dimple on the left side of her cheek. It was barely noticeable but it caught my eye instantly.

" Have you guys met or something" Sasha asked curiously.

" Remember when I came back from breakfast with no shirt on?"

" Yeaaa.." Sasha said slowly.

"Well that was because of her."

" What?!" Sasha yelled with a disgusted look on her face.

" He's making it sound more extreme than it really is." Said the girl

" No shh don't tell her the real story come on." I begged her. She looked at me and playfully rolled her eyes.

" I accidentally ran into him and my waffles got all over his shirt. That's what happened." She explained.

Sasha looked relieved. " Oh okay. You guys scared me for a second there. Well since y'all already met there's no need for me to introduce you two."

"Nonsense." I said. " I want to introduce myself and I wouldn't mind knowing her name. My name isTrey"

"I'm Brooklyn" She said shyly.

We smiled and looked at each other.

She looks adorable in that panda thing.

"Come on Brooklyn." Sasha grabbed her wrist and started to pull her away.

I closed the front door and went back to the little kitchen.

" What are you two doing  anyway?" I asked

" We're getting ready for the teen christmas party". Said Sasha dragging Brooklyn around the corner

"Oh well maybe I should go too and enjoy the fun!"

"NO!" Sasha yelled back. As Brooklyn went around the corner I saw a little smile on her face.

Maybe I really should go.....nahhh. The party is always so lame and I don't wanna waste my time. But then again if she's there will I really be wasting my time?
