IU's POV
I woke up really early today which is very unusual of me. I decided to cook our breakfast while Kookie is still sleeping. I am craving for some pancakes so that's what I am making now.
I don't really have a future in the kitchen. I burnt 5 pancakes already. I was focused on flipping my 6th pancake when I saw Kookie walking towards me, wearing his gray sweatpants and topless. He's yawning while brushing his hair. My eyes darted on his huge bulge down there. Jieun, you perv!
"Hmm... Good morning." He wrapped his arms around my waist while kissing my neck. "You woke up early~"
"I want to cook our breakfast." He peeked on the pancakes I'm making and chuckled.
"I woke up because I thought my apartment is on fire." I smacked his hand.
"Then don't eat!" I said and put the pancake on the plate. He just chuckled at me and watch me cook.
I managed to cook 4 decent pancakes. Well, I guess Kookie will eat those burnt ones. Kookie is making his coffee while I set up the table.
I sat on the stool and waited for him. He grabbed the milk on the fridge and poured some on my glass. I separated the burnt and decent ones. I gave him the burnt ones, of course. I saw him grimaced when he sat beside me.
"That's for mocking my pancakes." I scoffed at him.
We started eating while talking about my schedule today. We're going to film my comeback mv today. Yesterday was the recording of the song. We have to move fast since we have to finish everything in 3 months. I actually want to promote this song on music shows but I guess that won't happen anymore. My 10th year anniversary tour will begin on September. We still have a month to prepare.
I already finished 2 pancakes while Kookie is having a hard time swallowing his pancake. Now, I feel bad for giving him those. I took one from my plate and gave it to him. He shot his eyebrows up at me.
"I'm giving you this because I love you." I saw him grinned widely. He gave me a quick kiss and ate the pancake happily. I watched him eat with a smile.

"Are you sure you'll be okay while I'm gone?" He asked me while he's fixing his hair. I looked at him in the mirror and smiled weakly.
He'll go back to the states tonight. As much as I wanted him to be with me everyday, I can't do anything about it. It's his job.
"Will you stay if I told you not to go?" He stopped fixing his hair and faced me. He let out a deep sigh.
"I will stay, noona. But---" I cut him off.
"It's okay. I understand. I'll be fine."
"I'm sorry noona." He held my hands. I just gave him a weak smile.
I'm gonna be honest, it's not okay. I know 2 months is not that long but during this time, I need him.
"I'll make it up to you okay? We'll be staying mostly here in Korea after our tour. So I'll be with you the whole time. Hmm?" He cupped my face. I held his hand and kissed him.
"It's okay. I'm just a little sad. I'm gonna miss you." I gave him a hug.
Eomma will be staying with me for 2 months. Inna eonnie and the 2 dorks, Jiyeon and Suzy, will also visit me from time to time. The 2 dorks visited us here at Kookie's apartment last night. They were shocked by the news at first but eventually accepted it. Suzy and Jungkook clicked right away, just what I've imagined. I'm glad that they seem to like Jungkook very much. My parents were also shocked about the news at first but they were happy. Jungkook's parents were the same, especially his mom. They are all excited for us.
