Jungkook's POV
Please wake up, son.
Your mommy and I are excited to be with you.
We want to hear your first cry. Your first laugh. We want to hear you say eomma and appa for the first time. We want to see you walk and run. I wanna see you with your mommy on the day I finally marry her. I wanna take you to every stage in every country, while singing and playing with armys. Your uncles and aunties are still gonna play with you. We still have a lot of things to do, son.
So please open those eyes.
"Jungkook-ssi." I looked at Dr. Kang who placed her hand on my back.
"Please let me hold him for a while... please."
I held his tiny body and placed it near my heart. I closed my eyes while still tapping his back and humming a song.
Please...
I believe in you, son.
The whole room that was once silent is now filled with gasps and low sobs as we heard a small sound followed by a loud cry.
I opened my eyes only to see my son wriggling his little arms while crying. His cries sounded like music in my ears.
The tears of pain and sorrow from awhile ago was replaced with tears of pure joy and happiness.
"Oh my god. Thank you. Thank you." My tears can't stop falling.
I stared at his eyes that started to open. I smiled, still crying at the sight of him. His eyes. It's like I'm staring at my own. He looks just like me. He's so beautiful.
"You did it, my boy. You're so brave." I kissed his cute little nose before Dr. Kang and the nurses took him away.
"I can't believe what I just saw. It's indeed a miracle." Dr. Kang said, shock and joy was written all over her face. "Don't worry. We'll take care of him. We'll have to take him to the NICU since he's still weak. But you can visit him from time to time." She smiled at me. "Congratulations, Jungkook-ssi."
"Thank you so much, Dr. Kang."
I felt my hyungs hugged me while tapping my back.
"Oh my god."
"Jungkook-ah! Congratulations!"
The room was filled with joyful voices and happy sobs. This day is indeed the best day of my life.

"You should go home and sleep first, Jungkook-ah. I'll call you once she wakes up." Noona's mom said.
I looked at her and smiled. "Thank you, Eomeoni"
I kissed noona's forehead before exiting the room. I sighed as I closed the door. I can already feel the tiredness on my body. My hyungs just left. They insisted on staying with us but I told them to take a rest because we still have a schedule tomorrow.
I went to my car and saw Yoo Inna noona walking in the parking lot.
"Jungkook-ssi!"
I called her earlier to update about our baby and noona's condition. She had a drama filming last night that's why she wasn't able to come.
"Is everything okay?" I smiled and nodded at her. "H-How about the baby?"
"He's doing fine." She heaved a sigh.
"Thank god. I was so worried."
"Thank you, noona."
"I'm glad they were both fine. I can't bear to see Jieun-ah getting hurt about losing someone again. Specially that it's your baby. She's gonna lose it. I'm so glad everything went well."
