The UN walked into a room, filled to the brim with dozens and dozens of arguing countries.

UN: Ahem?

........

UN: AHEM!?

NATO then walked into the room and shot a bullet into the air, immediately getting everyone's attention.

UN: Thank you NATO..... Now as you all know, The Third Reich had commited Suicide which officially ended the Second World War-

Everyone began to cheer excitedly, but as the cheering died down they then noticed UN's stern expression, realizing there was something more.
The crowd went silent.

UN: .....However, The Rogue Country had a child with him. Now that his father is dead he is an orphaned Country in need of a Guardian. His name is Germany and he is 3 years old. EU and I have asked several Adoption Centers to come and take him but they refused. I have called upon this meeting to hopefully have him taken.

The Crowd immediately protested. No one wanted to raise the son of a Genocidal Maniac. UN's stern expression darkened and EU entered out from the curtian behind UN, whispering something to UN.

UN: .....I see...... Yes yes, but is that really such a...... I..... I understand......

UN cleared his throat and EU stepped back to let him speak.

UN: Well... If no one will take him willingly then we will have to vote on who will take the poor child, whether they like it or not.

After several protest, everyone soon gave in and casted their votes. It was then decided that Poland would raise Germany.

Poland: WHAT!? Why me!? That dumb Kurwa will just stab me in the back and try and kill me just like his damn father! I want nothing to do with that child!

UN: Poland, look at it this way, you can raise him and teach him right from wrong. If you give the poor kid some love then they wouldn't ever want to hurt you. They would respect you too much to even dream of hurting you.

Poland: .......Grr, FINE! But if he tries to kill me then he will become YOUR problem, not mine! Understood!?

UN: Yes, we understand Poland.

Poland: GOOD!
