When I opened my eyes, I noticed that I was somewhere else. Am I in the Hospital? I looked around the room and saw Hermione and Ron. Harry was lying one bed away from me.
Hermione saw that I was awake and walked to me "Clary?" I looked at her "How did I get here?" She sighed "We found you, Harry and Sirius laying on the ground next to the lake." I nodded and asked then "Where's Sirius?"
She gave me a concerned look "They captured him. They want to give him the Dementor's Kiss." I sat straight up in the bed "They can't do that! He's innocent." Hermione nodded "I know. We have to wait until Harry wakes up."
I looked over at Harry "Yeah. I hope Harry's alright." I sighed "Those dementors were a total nightmare." Hermione asked "Are you alright?" I nodded "I'm happy I finally told you guys the truth."
I looked at her "For a moment, I thought I was gonna lose Harry." Hermione said "But you both survived. I'm sure he is happy too." I shook my head "I think Harry wants to save Sirius. He's his godfather after all. And mine." Hermione nodded "We'll find a way."
I looked at Ron "Are you alright, Ron?" He looked at his leg that was bandaged "I have a broken leg. No I'm not fine." I smiled and said "It'll be alright, Ron." He smiled back "I'm happy you both survived." I wanted to respond back, but then I heard Harry waking up.
Hermione and I rushed to his bed and Hermione asked "Harry?" He opened his eyes and said "I saw my dad." Hermione asked confused "What?" Harry said "He sent the dementors away. I saw him across the lake." I remembered the bird and the stag we saw. I didn't think it was my dad or my mom. I didn't know who it was, but not our parents. That was impossible.
Hermione interupted my thoughts "Listen Harry, they've captured Sirius. Any minute the dementors are gonna perform the Kiss" Harry sat straight up and grabbed his glasses "Do you think they're gonna kill him?!" Hermione said "No. It's worse. Much worse. They're going to suck out his soul." I gulped no! This can't be happening.
Suddenly the doors to the hospital wing burst open. Dumbledore walked in and we all turned to him. Hermione said "Headmaster, you've got to stop them. They've got the wrong man." Harry nodded "It's true, sir. Sirius is innocent."
Ron spoke up "It's Scabbers who did it." Dumbledore asked "Scabbers?" Ron explained "He's my rat, sir. He's not really a rat. No, he was a rat. He was my brother Percy's rat. But then they gave him a owl--" Hermione interupted "The point is, we know the truth. Please believe us."
Dumbledore said "I do, Miss Granger. But it's hard to say that the word of four 13-year-old wizards will convince few others." He walked towards Ron and patted his leg, while Ron squealed in pain "A child's voice, however honest and true is meaningless to those who have forgotten how to listen." He seemed in thought for a moment and said "Mysterious thing, time. Powerful and when meddled with, dangerous."
He walked back towards the exit "Sirius Black is in the topmost cell of the Dark Tower." He turned around and said "You know the laws, Miss Granger. You must not be seen. And you would do well, I feel, to return before this last chime. If not, the consequences are too ghastly to discuss. If you succeed tonight more than one innocent life may be spared."
