Mario and Meggy was inside the mansion.
Mario: Mama mia... This Mansion is big.
Meggy: No kidding Red.
Meggy saw a woman and the male Inkling going up stairs.
Meggy: What?
Mario: What is it Sweetie?
Meggy: I swear I just saw a blonde long hair woman and a male purple Inkling.
Mario: Odd.
Mario look at the stair.
Mario: It's so dark in here.
Meggy: Maybe we can find something to light our way.
Mario: Yeah... I knew I should have brought some tools with me.
Meggy: Same with my Splat-shot.
Mario: Let have a look around for a bit and then we go back.
Meggy: Ok Red and... Just in case let stick together.
As they about to go up stair Mario stop for a moment and begin having a DREADFUL feeling about the mansion
Mario: *Thought* What is this heavy DREADFUL feeling I'm getting? I DON'T like this... Something tell me that this mansion is more than a Nightmare... *Look at Meggy* No... With this DREADFUL Feeling, I'm NOT putting Sweetie into danger!
Meggy: *Look at Mario with a worry look* Red? What's wrong?
Mario:... Sweetie... We need to get out right now.
Meggy: Huh? But what about the investigation of the missing people?
Mario: I know we came all this way to investigate... But I'm having this DREADFUL feeling and something tell me that HORRIBLE thing will happen to us if we investigate... I DON'T like it at all! I know you can take care of yourself Meggy... But I don't want to see you suffering because of me... I feel like a coward for doing this... But I want us to be safe! Please Sweetie... Let leave before something bad happen...
Meggy: Red...
Mario: I'm sorry... I just want us to be-.
Meggy kiss Mario.
Mario: *Blush* Meggy.
Meggy: *Blush* Red, I TRUST you with my life. If your having this DREADFUL feeling about this place... Then I trust you. It NOT a coward move... It a SMART move to keep me safe. We'll tell Mr. Monitor about the mansion. If they call us coward... It would NEVER bother us. I love you Red.
Mario: *Smile* I love you too, Sweetie. To make up for our travel of getting here. Let go on a date together.
Meggy: *Smile* Sure Red. *Hold Mario hand* Ready?
Mario: *Smile* Yes I am.
Mario and Meggy decide to go back home. They didn't like the TERRIBLE Feeling in the mansion as they will never know what happened in the mansion as they thought it's best if they don't find out.
-Epilogue-
-Few Day Later-
SMG4 and Tari was walking through the forest while it rain.
Tari: SMG4... Are you sure... It a good idea to go to that haunted Mansion?
SMG4: If Mario and Meggy came back without looking freak out, than the rumor of the mansion is a big fat lie and I made myself a fool... That why I'm going back do some meme! That why I need your help my lovely Gaming Girlfriend.
Tari: *Blush and giggle* Alright then. I trust you my Meme lover.
SMG4 smile as they arrive in the mansion.
SMG4: Here it is. Ready for some meme?
Tari: *Smile* Indeed I am SMG4.
As they enter the Mansion as they're going to deal with the horrible that Mario and Meggy have been avoiding as it was going to be something that SMG4 and Tari are going to REGRET.
