Looking at herself in the mirror she glanced at her frame thinking she should definitely tone up and stop with the hot chocolate. But when she walked past her favourite Starbucks and smell that fresh chocolaty aroma she just had to buy one, which ultimately turned into a ritual every week leading inevitably to a permanent muffin top and expanding waste size. It was just a treat which she needed more than she like to admit. But work was tiring, so she allowed herself the ‘little pick me up’ here and there….
