Meeting Everest

(remember this is when she was in her room after her father slapped her)

I stayed on the floor calming myself, i remembered Everest, so i walked to the meetings chambers and listened behind the doors, but there weren't any sounds, i pushed the door slightly and looked inside, there weren't any people inside, so i figured that my mother would be in her room, so that's where i went.

I reached my mother's chamber and knocked, my mother opened the door and smiled "hello dear, come in!" she invited me in and i sat on her arm chair,
"well, i hope you found what you were looking for in the library?!"
she asked eager to know,
"yes i did , in another way, and i would like you to come and see her, would you?"
i asked knowing my mother had a lot of work as queen that maybe she wouldn't have time for a monster like me.
"yes of course sweetie, where is she?" she asked "if only you knew"
"she is at the back of the palace, i also told Liam to come and met me there in an hour, bu~t that was more than half an hour ago so, we should be heading there, if you'd like?"
i said doubtfully, hopping she would come, i don't really want to bump into father any time soon, or ever for that matter, "yes, let's not keep your brother waiting, he is not one for patience" she said a smirking,
i nodded and we were on our way to Everest.

..At the backgrounds..

I found Liam leaning against the wall saying "At last~, Celeste honors us with her presence!" while bowing mockingly, "patience brother, patience~" i said walking towards him, "now where is this interesting "someone" that you want us meet?"
"well~ ,there goes his patience" i thought chuckling and then called
"Everest !, are you there?!" i said hopping she came back,
"i always am celestea"
"okay, can you come out?"
"there are people behind you, are you aware of that miss?"
"yes i want you to meet my family, and them you, after all you are part of my family"
"i-i, yes i'll come out"
my brother whines "uh~ what is taking so lo-" he was cut shortly hearing the trees bending and purple eyes observing us,
Everest stepped into the light,
the sun shining on her gorgeous blue skin, and her huge hands stepping onto the ground and her mane-like hair flowing behind perfect straight horns with an almost smirking face.

I looked over to both my brother and mother whom were frozen in place(metaphorically😅), starring at Everest with there jaws dropped.
"well, that's a precious reaction!"
"ehehe, yeah that's a sight to see, but~let's not be rude"
"mother, Liam, i would like you to meet Everest"
then everest lifted her head to her full height, and spreaded her huge wings to there full size, leaving both liam and mother mesmerized.

My mother broke the silence saying "well you're definitely not the same size anymore"
everest lowered her head in agreement, and then my brother said
"can she talk, or even understand us?!"

"yes she can understand us, but she can only talk to me through some kind of link that flowes through us"

"what do you mean 'some kind of link'" my brother asked finally removing his eyes from everest,

"well i fond her in an egg in the garden and took her to mother, but she didn't know what Everest was, so i went to the library to search when she spoke to me.."
i said looking to Everest, and then continued
"she told me that she is a "vintraterr" which means'wind rider' and that i'm her 'rider' and she my 'wind'"
i said with tears in my eyes as i felt so happy to have Everest with me,
"thank you for being my wind Everest"
"and thank you for being my rider"
i went over to her and caressed her head, with her leaning to my touch, both of us smiling on the outside and inside.

this chapter is short i know but i want the next chapter to be alone for some action 😏🤫
