The Afador is a mix between an Afghan Hound and a Labrador Retriever.
Afadors are also known as the Afghan Lab.
Afadors make excellent family pets, but do better with older children.
Afadors also make good guard dogs, because they're alert to strangers.
They are very energetic and athletic, so access to a large area is preferred.
The Afador reaches up to 20-29 inches tall at the shoulder, and weighs up to 50-75 pounds. Their average life span is 10-12 years of age.
