With Coral:

The little, child Techno Troll was too young to understand the serious danger it would be for such a young Troll to venture off on their own.

That is exactly what the young Techno Troll did.

While his parents were asleep in the guest pod they were sharing, the Pop Trolls had created a bunch of them for any visitors from other tribes, the young Techno Troll decided to sneak out and warn Trollex about Krill.

The guest pod opened up, allowing Coral Blush to sneak out and float down to the ground before heading in the direction he saw the hot air balloon go just a few hours before.

In truth, he and his parents had witnessed the small group heading off in the direction Symphonyville was in. His mother had slightly lied to Krill and told him that they had no idea where Trollex was going to be first.

He stopped and glanced back up at the guest pod his parents were sleeping in.

They would surely be worried about where he went when they wake up in the morning, but he had been sure to write them a letter, leaving it on the bed he had been sleeping on.

Coral smiled as he zoomed off, making sure to stick to the shadows and avoiding any creature he happened to come across.

He wanted to warn Trollex about Krill, that he was in danger since the larger Techno Troll was coming to kill him.

With Trollex:

The former king couldn’t sleep. It was night, just past midnight.

He sighed, sitting up and looking out the window. There was a slight breeze blowing in, causing a shiver to run down Trollex’s spine.

The Techno Troll got out of bed and quickly wrote a note, making sure to leave it on the pillow he had been laying his head on, beside Beat.

The Beat Drop Button fish would surely freak out and wake up everyone in Symphonyville, just like he did in Pop Troll Village. He didn’t want the same thing to happen.

Sneaking out through the open window, Trollex flew down to where the balloon was sleeping, making sure to be silent so as to not wake it up. He silently glided into the basket and began searching for the weapons Branch would most likely have brought.

He smiled when he found a wooden chest, having opened it to find three wooden spears and the very same trident he tried picking up a few nights ago.

Trollex went to pick up the trident, but his hand stopped, hovering over the shaft yet again, getting a quick flashback of the same memory he had.

He was holding a small version of a trident, a gift from his grandfather on the day he hatched. He was pointing the trident at a large barracuda, the thing staring down at him face-to-face. Its head was made of a hard, bone-like material used for headbutting, a jawline full of large pointed teeth. Its long body is made up of glowing, light blue neon scales with a row of glowing green spots running along either side of its body, its fins a dark red. Trollex could see the thing staring at him, curious, its pupils big. He could feel a calm sense of curiosity, as if these creatures were just misunderstood.

He suddenly heard his mother scream his name, gasping in shock as he turned his head to look back at her. At that same moment, the large barracuda’s pupils turned into slits as it was startled, looking up at where Trollex’s mother was. Trollex felt his mother push him out of the way as the barracuda attack, its jaws wide open as it tried snapping down on the young prince.
