Ally opened her eyes and sat up. As she stretched, Ally looked over at Lexie's bed. However, Lexie wasn't in bed. She wasn't in the room. Ally quickly grabbed her robe and left the bedroom.

She wandered into the sitting room and found Lexie dressed and moving around the room. "Lexie?" Ally spoke up. "Hm?" Lexie replied, not turning to look at her. "Is everything okay?" Ally asked.

"Yeah course" Lexie replied, looking at Ally and smiling. "Can we talk about last night?" Ally added in a nervous tone. "M-maybe later, yeah?" Lexie replied quickly. She hurried past Ally and went to the front door.

"Okay well, see you later" Ally said but Lexie was already out the door. Ally sighed softly and sat down.

"Lexie? Lexie?!" Abbie called, grabbing Lexie's attention. "Huh?" Lexie said, causing a few of the other students to giggle. "I would have thought you out of most of the others in my class would be paying the most attention" Abbie stated from the front of the classroom.

"Aye? O-oh yeah, I'm listening" Lexie replied. "What's wrong? Had a fight with your best friend?" Rebecca remarked with a grin. "Get lost Reb" Lexie snapped. "Sounds like it was a serious one" Rebecca replied, her grin growing. "Shut up, I mean it you bitch!" Lexie yelled.

Abbie sighed and shook her head as the pair argued. "Enough girls! Please! I want everyone's attention. Okay?" Abbie asked, causing everyone to go quiet.

"Right, thank you. So the big competition is coming very soon and I've talked with Simon. He has agreed that we should have a trial run to test and make sure everything goes smoothly for you all. It'll help prepare yourselves for any mistakes and to be ready for the real thing" Abbie revealed.

Some of the students started whispering excitedly. "If you would like to visit Simon's class and discuss with your partner then feel free too. We'll be having the trial run at the end of this week" Abbie said.

"Also, I have talked with the staff and the head. Next week, you will be getting a partner dressed up and all; to be part of small competition. This is to show off your work and talent as well as preparing yourselves further. The top three winners will receive prizes" Abbie smiled.

Her students gasped in happiness and excitement. "Get yourself and your partners signatures down this afternoon on the sheet I'll put up on the wall. I will give you all more details tomorrow. That is all" Abbie added before sitting down.

Abbie's students began talking and moving around. Lexie didn't move from her seat. She just stared at her fingers in deep thought.

After some time went by, Abbie noticed Lexie by herself and not being active like the others. She wandered over to Lexie.

"Is everything okay Lexie?" Abbie asked softly, snapping Lexie out of her thoughts. "Hm? Oh yeah sure thing" Lexie replied, looking at Abbie with a smile.

Abbie raised her eye brow at her. "Are you sure? You and Ally haven't had a... Fight have you?" Abbie said. "Aye? No way! It's hard to argue with Ally. She's not the argumentative type" Lexie joked.

"Okay, well... As long as you are sure" Abbie replied in an unconvinced tone. "Sure" Lexie grinned. As Abbie walked away, Lexie's smile faded away.

Lunchtime arrived and Lexie hurried to Ally's classroom. As she entered, the students in Simon's class were packing up and leaving. "Hey Als, hear the news?" Lexie grinned, sitting on the table beside Ally and putting her feet on the chair in front of her.

"About the practice run and smaller competition?" Ally asked. "Yup, it's gonna be great!" Lexie replied. "Sure but... Who are you going to work with for the small competition next week?" Ally wondered.
