Ally walked into the sitting room and saw Lexie sitting on the sofa. Her head was resting in her hand. "Lex? Are you alright?" Ally asked. "Hm? Y-yeah I'm alright" Lexie replied unconvincingly and looking up at Ally.

"Are you sure?" Ally said. "Yes, I'm fine alright" Lexie snapped, standing up and walking past Ally to the hallway.

She paused and ran a hand through her hair as she closed her eyes for a few seconds. "Are we going or what? We're going be late" Lexie told Ally. "Yeah one second" Ally replied, grabbing a few things.

The pair entered the college and went up to their floor where they stopped for a few moments. "Lex, are you sure everything is okay? You've been really quiet and you haven't said a word to me walking to college" Ally pointed out in a worried tone.

"I'm fine, stop worrying will ya?" Lexie replied, not really looking Ally in the eyes. "I know things maybe a little weird but I want you to know..." Ally began but the words faded away as Lexie breathed out and placed her hand on her own shoulder under her t-shirt.

"Okay?" Ally finished, making Lexie look at Ally quickly. "Yeah, yeah Als. Look I'll talk to you later okay?" Lexie stated before walking away. Ally just sighed and made her way to her lesson.

As Ally entered her classroom, she saw Simon and smiled a little. "Morning Simon" Ally greeted as she made her way to her seat. "Ah morning Ally" Simon replied.

While Ally settled down, the remaining few students entered the room. After a few minutes, Simon stood up from his desk. "Right everyone, settle down!" Simon called, grabbing everyone's attention.

"I've talked with Abbie and we've agreed that even though you'll all be working in pairs, you will all be competing against each other. So, two people from the same pair could win for example" Simon revealed.

"How come?" A student asked. "Well we thought that it wouldn't be fair entirely if only one member of each pair enters the competition. Everyone should enter and have a chance to win" Simon replied.

"Plus, it's good practice for everyone. Everything will go as planned but with this new idea implemented. It'll be a lot more harder to win with more people entered but I hope that's okay with everyone" Simon added. Everyone seemingly agreed to the idea.

"Great! Right, continue on with what you was all doing yesterday afternoon" Simon stated before sitting down. Everyone began talking and moving around the room.

Ally pulled out her folder and opened it. She pulled out a few sheets of paper and began writing down some notes.

After about ten minutes, Ally and a few other students noticed a teacher entering the classroom. He saw Simon and quickly went over to him. Ally was about to look away but the teacher and Simon glanced over at Ally.

"Uh Ally, could you come over here for a second" Simon called after a few moments. Ally stood up and went over to Simon and the teacher. "Is something wrong?" Ally asked in a slight nervous tone.

"It's uhm... It's Lexie" Simon replied with a sigh. Ally's face twisted into panic. "Lex? I-is she okay? What's happened?" Ally said quickly. "She's in the first aid office, come with me" the teacher revealed as he moved towards the door of the classroom.

"What? Why? What's happened to her?" Ally asked in a worried tone. The pair walked out of the classroom and walked down the hallway. "I'm not too sure" he told Ally.

"Usually we'd contact family to come in and take her home but she's told us she doesn't have anyone we could contact and just kept telling us to get you" the teacher revealed. "Yeah she doesn't have any family. Just me" Ally admitted.
