Dear bully mine

Chapter 5

Sean's POV

I couldn't get to the phone as it was in the living room with my stepdad, so I ran to the kitchen and grabbed a kitchen knife, I walked back to the living room just as Mom screamed her last scream, before a cracking sound was heard, and my stepdad dropped her to the floor.

I growled angrily "MURDERER!" I shouted, my stepdad picked up the body of my mom and I threw the knife at him, he stood the body upright and the knife stabbed itself into my mom's neck, I gasped "no..." I whispered "what have I done!" My stepdad once again dropped the corpse.

my stepdad and Sarah's mom laughed at this and my stepdad picked up the phone "oh Sean, you're in trouble now" he then dialed 911 and walked out of the room, I ran after them but I was knocked to the ground by my Sarah's mom's fist.

I crawled over to my mom's corpse and said "oh God no, I'm so sorry mom" I then cried as I held the body in my arms, I knew that my stepdad was calling the cops to get me arrested, I looked behind me and saw that my stepdad had a suitcase in his hand "goodbye Sean" he smirked as he and Sarah's mom walked out the door, and I heard the car drove off a few minutes later after I had tried to go after them.

Sarah's POV

After dinner, I turned on the tv and on came a news report "breaking news! Sean Flynn was arrested earlier this evening for stabbing his own mother, the boy says that his stepdad was at fault for the murder but it was just him in the house and the dad was no where to be seen!".

I was shocked, but I didn't believe Sean was responsible, so I paid close attention to the news and it said that the court was on the in next week, so when Hector sat down next to me I told him all about Sean, and how I needed to bail him out "I don't know about this..." Hector said, sounding concerned "this Sean guy sounds like trouble.".

"Oh please Hector!" I pleaded "I love him, he thinks that I revealed the secret to our relationship to the whole school, and I want to help him, and find out who is responsible for our secret being spilled", Hector thought for a moment "well...alright then.".

I smiled and hugged Hector "thank you!" I exclaimed then pulled back "I promise you, Sean is a nice boy" Hector wasn't so sure but he agreed to help me bail Sean out of jail.

The next morning, Hector and I drove to Chainrock prison, we parked next to a police car and  got out, we walked towards the guard who let us in "I'd like to see Sean Flynn" I told the guard, he agreed to let us see him and we went inside.

We walked though a hallway of jail cells and there were inmates staring at us, I saw a boy in an orange shirt and recognized that spiky blonde hair as Sean's, I walked towards his cell and said "hey Sean it's me, Sarah".

Sean looked at me, he tried not to smile as he was still mad, but he couldn't help but smile and slither his arm though the bars "it's really you?" Sean took my hand "you came for me...".

"Well of course I did" I quietly exclaimed, "I love you..." tears formed in Sean's eyes "I love you too" "I'm going to bail you out of here, I promise" I whispered, I kept a hold of Sean's hand, I didn't want to let go "so, what's it like here?" I asked worredly, "horrible without you here" he told me, he kissed my hand and strokes it with his thumb.

I stayed by Sean's side, I didn't want to leave him, when visiting time was over, I slowly slipped my hand away from Sean and backed off sadly, me and Hector backed away, I was trying not to cry as we walked away from the building and climbed into Hector's car.

"We'll get him out" Hector said confortingly as he drove, we drove back to the house, and went inside, I just spent the whole day in my room, I couldn't speak after seeing the state Sean was in.

The next day, I spoke to Hector about finding proof of what happened to Sean's mom and he agreed to drive me to Sean's house, so we got in the car and drove into town, we parked up to the house and went inside, I could swear the last time I went to Sean's house I saw some surveillance cameras.

We walked through the door, there was no one there, it was quiet, we wandered through the house and found a room with a computer that must be used for surveillance, so we switched the computer on and saw what really happened.

I saw a big man arguing with a woman, and another woman waz standing behind them, I was horrified to see that the woman standing behind the man that I assumed was Sean's stepdad, was my mom! "so that's where she went!" I said aloud "she must have gone with Sean's step father.

Then I saw the step dad pick Sean's mom up and start squeezing her to death, then I saw Sean come into the room with a knife "MURDERER!" I heard him shout, and then he threw the knife at his step dad but he turned and the knife hit his mom "he must have been trying to save her!" I said to Hector.

We got the tape out and went out of the house, then we got in the car and drove back to Hector's house, so Sean was innocent, I would show this tape to the court next week.

1 week later.

Hector and I drove into town to the courthouse for Sean's trial, I was so nervous that Sean would lose and go to jail forever, but Hector reassured me that we would win, we parked up and climbed out of the car before walking into the building.

We walked into an enormous room where we saw the judge, the jury, and Sean's loyer, we say down next to the jury and the judge banged his gannon on the podium and started to talk.
