Dear bully mine

chapter 2

Sarah's POV

I was surprised at what Brad had just said, the "the nicest student in Prim rose high"?, I was about to say something when I saw Sean, he came over and looked angry "hey get away from her!" He shouted and pushed Brad aside " Sean calm down" I exclaimed in surprise, he turned to me and calmed down.

"Did he hurt you?" He asked, I was so confused, "no...?" He was quiet at first but he backed off, he walked off and I looked at him "what is going on with him?" I asked myself, I walked to a nearby bench after helping Brad back up on his feet and sat down, I sighed and closed my eyes.

I must have dozed off because I woke up and Aya was gently shaking me awake "wake up Sarah" she whispered "it's time for Algebra" I bolted upright and stood up, if I was late for Algebra class one more time then Mr Nicholson would have me expelled so I ran off to my class.

After Algebra was cooking, and after that was home time, I walked home, carrying my cupcakes that I made, only to hear shouting in my house, I knocked on the door but no one heard me, the door was unlocked so I opened the door and saw my Mom and Dad fighting again, I was used to that, they were always fighting, I still don't know why they haven't filed a divorce yet, Dad was a weak person, and a coward, but I tried not to let that stop me from protecting him from Mom, she was abusive towards him.

I went upstairs and my parents didn't even notice, I laid back on my bed and read a book called The mansion in the forest, when I had finished I put it back with the other books, and some books called Fun-Frights which were horror stories for kids, such as The walking scarecrows, or The night The living dummy came to life.

The next day was Saturday, I woke up and saw it was 7:00am, I laid in bed and closed my eyes, then I woke up to the doorbell ringing so i got out of my bed and went to open the door, there stood Sean "hi" he said "can I come in?" I saw hesitant at first being that it was so early in the morning, but I nodded and he came inside and sat on the sofa "where are your parents?" He asked.

"Still in bed, I'm tired because I heard them fighting last night, and I couldn't get to sleep until 10:00pm" I yawned as I sat next to Sean on the sofa, I was so tired that I leaned back and laid my head on his shoulder by accident, I quickly sat up when I realized what I was doing "oh sorry!" I exclaimed.

Sean laughed "it's fine, I don't mind you doing that" he rested a hand on mine, I was enjoying this, then I heard shouting from upstairs "oh no, they're at it again" I muttered, then I looked at Sean "maybe you should go" I told him "my parents would go crazy of they found out about this, you being here.".

Sean was confused at first but he stood up and opened the front door, I was about to ask how he knew where I lived when I remembered that he lived across the road from me, Sean looked back at me and smiled "shall we meet later?" He asked, then I heard my parents coming downstairs "yes" I whispered "yes, yes we'll meet again, now go before my parents find you" Sean nodded and ran off.

I closed the front door and headed to the kitchen, then I got out some cereal, Mom came downstairs and I saw that she had been physically fighting because her hair was a mess, my dad was a nice man, despite being a but cowardly, I don't think he'd be able to take on Mom without me, but Mom was a different story.

Dad came downstairs just as I had poured a bowl of cereal for myself, I saw that he had a black eye but I didn't say anything because I knew he would brush it off, I just ate my breakfast then after that I got undressed then went into the shower, I sang A thousand years by Christina Perri as I was washing.

After I got dressed, I  went outside, I thought I would visit Sean but I saw him get in the back of a car "must be going out" I told myself, so I went to the park, I came across a newspaper with an article that said VAMPIRES SIGHTED IN OHIO and I continued walking.

I saw my friend Jack sitting on a bench and went to sit next to him, I was thinking about Sean, I almost cuddled up to him, maybe I really do like Sean I thought to myself as I sat down next to Jack, he didn't swatm to notice, he was reading a paper with another article.

The article said S.C.E.D CONTAINMENT BREAK OUT! I gasped and Jack looked up "oh hi Sarah" he smiled "hi..." I said before trailing off, then I said "what do you think of Sean...?" I asked, Jack looked surprised "um, what do you mean? He's a bully isn't he?" "Well, I think there's some good in him, Brad told me that he used to be the nicest student in Prim rose high, the NICEST student.".

Jack shrugged "maybe he was, you never know, I was only here last year and I have only known him to be a bully", Jack and I talked for a while and I stood up "well I should go" I said, I continued walking until I went back to my house.

I didn't want to go back to my house, I wanted to be with Sean, I wanted I see him again, but he was out that night, I opened my door and went upstairs, I laid back on my bed and pulled out my tablet and read fan fictions about tall, faceless men and an emo killer with a Joker style smile.

I read until I nodded off, I woke up and the sky was dark, it was 7:00pm when I started reading, and now it was 8:14, I didn't hear my parents which was surprising because they would usually yell at each other, I put my pyjamas on and then brushed my teeth.I

Sean's POV

I sat in the back of my parents' car, we went to a museum and when Mom parked the car outside, we got out and walked in, it was a museum about the S.C.E.D base, it housed statues, paintings, and videos of the monsters known as S.C.E.D.E that scientist would capture and experiment on.

We saw the statue of an anthropomorphic mouse crrature, a label on the bottom read "S.C.E.D-2000, classified as dangerous, is able to give birth to a hundred mouse creature babies at once", we continued walking, there was no director, we came here because it was a treat for my good grades.

As we walked, I was thinking about Sarah, and how much I loved her deep down, but who would ever love a bully.....
