Chapter five

I start to unpack the stuff for the party as I hear Abigail scream. I run upstairs and into her room and I see Hardin holding her as she cries. Hardin looks over to me and I see the fear in his eyes. I stop and I can't move, I don't know what to do and I'm at a lost for words.

I gather my thought fast and I grab Abigail. I take her with me into the other room as she still cries. Hardin calls the ambulance and stays with Karen the whole time.

I keep talking to Abigail and talk to her and telling her it's going to be okay, I can't cry or feel anything right now because I have to stay strong for Abigail. I can't scare her , I have to watch how I react and what I say to her. As we sit here on the bed and I'm until holding her I hear the ambulance arrive at the house.

The ambulance come upstairs and bring a stretcher into the room so they can bring Karen down to the ambulance truck. Hardin walks into the room and sits on the bed with us and hold us. "Are you guys okay?" Hardin asks. Me and Abigail stay quiet as I silently nod to Hardin. "Everything is going to be okay, I promise." I say to Abigail and she calms down a little.

"She isn't in any bad condition, it's looks like she must have been dehydrated and passed out from it no worries all all." The ambulance says. "Should I go to the hospital with her while you stay here with Abigail?" Hardin asks me, and I nod. He gives me a hug and a kiss goodbye. "I love you." He says. "I love you too." I answer.

I walk upstairs to check on Abigail. I hope she isn't too freaked out or scared of the situation, the ambulance said she would be fine so there shouldn't be anything to worry about I wouldn't think. Of course we won't know the full story until the doctors take a look at her and tell us what happened. This whole night was just a horrible scare and was bad timing since Abigail was home alone with Karen. "Hi honey, I was thinking I could run you a nice warm bath and get you some ice cream." I say to Abigail as I walk in her room. "Is my mommy going to be okay?" She asks me and I answer. "Yes, the ambulance said she just needed to drink some more water. We will find out the rest tomorrow when the doctors she sees tell her." If I was her I would be scared out of my mind to just see my mother unconscious on the floor in-front of me. "Okay, can we go see her?" She asks, "not tonight but tomorrow. I promise. " I say. "Why don't we just get you to bed and get some sleep." I say. "Okay." She says.

I unwrapped her blanket from under the mattress and signal her to lay down. I fluff her pillows and lay them flat so she can sleep nice and comfy. I put the tv on as I walk out of the room to get her some water and ice cream. I walk down the stairs and see all the stuff for the party on the floor. Everything happens at such bad timing. I open the freezer and grab the cookie dough ice cream and put three scoops in a bowl. I grab a glass and fill it with water from the fridge. I put a spoon in the bowl and head back to Abigails room. I walk in and place the water on the table next to her bed and give her the ice cream as she sits up to eat it. "I'm so sorry for what you had to see sweetie, it must have looked very scary but your mommy is going to be just fine."where's daddy?" She asks. Oh shit ken!

Hi guys I am soooooo sorry on the super long wait for this chapter I'm going to try to write a whole lot more to catch up on this story. I kind of just gave up after a while because there were much people that were reading it or liking it and school got in the way but I promise I will write more often. I hope I didn't loose my skill of writing lol I still need some work. I'm sorry if there are any errors I kind of did this fast. Again I'm so sorry for the wait. But who's ready for the AWC movie in august 20th!!!! I really hope they don't change the release date again because that would be very upsetting.
