so the previous chapter happened on saturday morning - afternoon

this chapter happened on the same day hfjsjd (night time ofc) and the next day cause you stayed up late (nothing new tbh)

this is a filler chapter ..sorry abt that (or is it)

some spoilers for some movies btw!!

I opened our front door and saw my parents lounging on the couch. "Hi mom, dad. What's for dinner?" I asked while removing my shoes.

"Oh, I thought you ate dinner already. You were gone for so long." Mom stood up and was about to make her way to the kitchen but I stopped her.

"It's okay. I'll just make my own." She paused for a while, creases form on her face as she contemplated if I am worthy of being in a kitchen. I mean, I admit. I am no chef but I can still cook....

"Are you sure? I don't wanna lose a house tonight."

"Mom!" She chuckled as I let out a groan. Mom walked back to the couch, sitting down and snuggling in my father's chest as he continued watching the movie. For a second, I saw myself doing the same with Marinette

Bro....

Mom quirked an eyebrow at me, making me shake my head and bit my lip as I tried to hide a grin. I rushed off to my room, feeling the warm sensation bubble in my chest and a sudden spring added in every step I make. After softly closing the door shut, I settled my shoes on the floor and threw myself on the bed. Pushing my face against my pillow and screaming at it nonstop, glad that it muffled the noise I was creating.

I'm so whipped god damn it. I don't even know why.

I shifted and laid on my back, taking in deep breaths slowly to calm myself down. Feeling the heat rise up to my cheeks once more, I tried to hide my face in my hands and groan. I never felt this type of way to anyone so I don't really know what to do. The worst part is, I can't even tell this to anyone cause.....what do they know about liking a probably straight girl...who is your friend.... who also likes someone else? 

"Hey sis, we're having a movie night in my room...wanna join?" A knock and Alya's voice interrupted my rant and pulled me back to reality. I stared at door door, thinking about the benefits of joining her movie marathons which mostly consist of straight romcoms.

Don't get me wrong, I love me some good het movies like 10 things I hate about you and Me Before You.....it's just, we need more representing the lgbtq+ community.

Not moving an inch from my bed, I replied to Alya with a short "no."

"Oh come on! Just this once." She pleaded while I closed my eyes and turned my back against the door. "The girls are here. I know you like some girls." she whispered, feeling the evil smirk drip in her words. I let out a snort which soon turned into a full-blown laugh as I stood up and opened the door, "Fuck you, Alya." 

She rolled her eyes and backed away, offering a smug smile at me. "Marinette's waiting~" she teased and blood rushed to my cheeks instantly.

I threw some light punches and slaps at her arm as she raised her hand defensively, chuckling at the sight of my flustered face. After dragging her all the way to her room, I opened the door for me to push her in and saw all the girls huddled on Alya's laptop. They turned their heads at me and greeted me with a warm welcome. 

Marinette ran up to me and grabbed my arm before I got the chance to act on my revenge on Alya. She then sat on the floor and pulled me down with her. Mylene sent me a wave and an all-knowing smirk and I responded with a playful eye roll. "Finally! We've been waiting for you." Marinette exclaimed.
