"You're a what? Hanahaki disease?" Joshua managed to speak.

Seokmin mustered a laugh, the boy looked so haggard after all. "I'll explain everything to you Mr. Hong Jisoo but you need to vomit those flowers in front of me first."

"But people might see-"

"It's okay, look around you!" Seokmin patted Joshua's head cutely. Meanwhile the other surveyed his surroundings and noticed Seokmin was right. They were in an isolated park, Joshua himself got shocked by how far he ran.

Soon enough, he vomited in front of the other. Beautiful flowers enveloped the ground, the hues of pink and red seemed more evident this time.

"Oh, you confessed today?" Seokmin asked the boy. He then crouched down near him and picked up a red flower, its petals soon flying away due to the breeze. "And you got rejected. Ah, that's why you look like that."

Joshua's eyes widened as he slowly wiped off his remaining tears. Somehow, this guy he literally just met knows what had happened through the flowers he released. "C-can you explain now?"

"Very well! I'm Lee Seokmin, your helper kitsune! Providing you with hanahaki love service!" He stood up, and soon enough he transformed into something Joshua couldn't comprehend. Suddenly, there were nine bright orange tails that formed behind his back, they all glinted brightly as the sun started to set.

"W-WHAT IS-"

"Hush, you inpatient child." Seokmin patted his head once again. "You have Hanahaki disease! Its a sickness caused by unrequited love. You cough flower petals because of it. I'm a kitsune, also known as a fox transforming person! Let's just say I do some magic blah blah and I can help you with your problem."

Joshua couldn't take it all in just yet. What was happening to him seemed to be a scenario that jumped right out of a manga. He couldn't help but stare at Seokmin's tails, awed by it as well. He then looked at Seokmin's expression, all bright and friendly. For some reason, Joshua thinks he can trust the guy.

"O-okay? Uh, s-sorry its n-not sinking in so well yet." Joshua confessed as he stood up. "What can I do then? Vomiting flowers hurts.. a lot."

"You can get rid of it, but nobody ever liked the process," Seokmin replied. "You'll have to get the flowers surgically removed. But you'll lose feelings for that person forever. Plus, you'll forget them."

I'll lose feelings for Jeonghan? Let alone forget him? Joshua thought.

He stopped for a few and stared at a distance. It would be nice, as it means that he won't be vomiting flowers anymore. Nice, because he wouldn't feel anything for Jeonghan, so his heart can finally be at peace.

Actually, it's not nice. He thought yet again. Bittersweet was the word to describe it. He loves Jeonghan so much, it is a feeling he doesn't want to forget. No matter how painful it is. The idea of completely forgetting Jeonghan hurts even more. He couldn't just let him go like that.

Sometimes, we should continue on loving. Because in the end, its what makes us feel alive.

"I don't like that." Joshua stared at Seokmin rather seriously. "Any other ways?"

Seokmin tilted his head aside. "Ah, unfortunately, there is no other way. Many people don't like the fact that they're going to forget the one the love, am I right?"

Joshua nodded.

"So, we'll do it the old fashioned way! You need to move on from him. The more you lose feelings for him, the more the flowers will subside in you." Seokmin sighed, knowing it wasn't easy for the boy. "I can manipulate certain things like magic, but I don't have control over how you feel."

For a moment Joshua thought this Seokmin guy could remove it in a blink of an eye. He guesses even magic has limits. "W-what do I do then?"

Seokmin reached for his pocket and brought out a few pastel-colored pills and handed them to the other. "We kitsunes specialize in medicine too, you can't find this in those ordinary pharmacies, it isn't a known disease here after all. This will help the pain go away for a few."

Joshua gladly accepts and bows down to receive such. It was ironic, for the colors of the pills were the same colors of the flowers he vomited. "T-thank you, Seokmin."

Joshua's stomach made a grumbling sound.  "Oh no not agai-"

Seokmin suddenly went closer, their bodies inches apart. This startled Joshua as he could feel his heartbeat go faster than it should. In a split second, Seokmin brought the other to his chest, hugging him ever so tightly.

The pain in his stomach suddenly subsided.

Joshua saw Seokmin's tails embracing him from behind, such emitted bright orange lights that soon enveloped the two. He could feel the flowers in him calm in a way, such that he didn't felt like vomiting anymore.

"I can do this too! You can use the pills when I'm not around okay?" Seokmin exclaimed and pats his head once more. "Let's heal your broken heart! Hong Jisoo!"
