Emotions are felt, tears are dropped
When I think of how the heart beats and stopped
Faces can be read or not
Sometimes emotions I feel not
Hearts trembling, legs shaking
In silence, I can hear the sound of cracking
When I think of the virus impact on our lives
I question the reason why?
Contracted by a cough or a sneeze
A contagion, a virus, a disease
This now spread as a global pandemic
People dying like the ease of breaking a fragile relic
Go away virus we say
God is our only way
If there could be a solution or a vaccine
Gone will be all these questions I'm asking!!!
