Phil lifted his shirt so he could see the two words lettered on his hip. His finger traced over the words for the hundredth time. Phil knew who his soulmate was, he'd known it for a long time. Ever since he clicked on a youtube video titled "For all my fans" (I know Dan doesn't really have a video called that but for the sake of the headcannon he does)
The first words said on that video were "Hello Internet", the same words etched into Phil's hip.
Phil knew, but when would Dan?
